Anokhi approaches therapy with the belief that each person’s story holds value, and healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, she work alongside adolescents, young adults, adults, as they navigate the challenges of everyday life whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, emotional ups and downs, or simply feeling stuck. Anokhi is non-judgmental, she creates a safe space where people feel heard and seen, and where they can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. TRAUMA-INFORMED Dana works with adolescents and young adults. She believes that everyone—no matter their age, culture, values, or background—deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings. Therapy is a place where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. Dana aims to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves while working toward meaningful and lasting change. “I also use humor thoughtfully in sessions, honoring the depth and vulnerability of what you choose to share—because healing and laughter can absolutely coexist.” “As a trauma-informed clinician, I understand how difficult life experiences can shape emotional well-being, relationships, and how we see ourselves. Trauma can make it hard to feel safe, hopeful, or confident, and the journey toward healing often takes time. I approach therapy with patience, compassion, and respect for your pace, supporting you as you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.” Dana’s approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. These methods help clients develop practical coping strategies, regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and set achievable goals. She tailors therapy to each individual, collaborating closely to help you create the quality of life you envision for yourself. “I believe therapy is a partnership. My role is to provide guidance, support, and tools, while creating a space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, reflect on your experiences, and grow at a pace that feels right. Together, we can tackle challenges, uncover strengths, and even share moments of humor and lightness along the way.”

Mindset for Success Therapy offers LENS Neurofeedback and individual psychotherapy. LENS Neurofeedback helps with problems associated with cognition, mood, motor, motivation, anxiety, reactivity, pain, addiction, fatigue, and organic brain conditions such as TBIs and concussions. The LENS works by disrupting the maladaptive patterns, or looping mechanisms, that the brain has acquired in response to acute conditions such as trauma, concussion, depression, addiction, anoxic event, etc. The LENS encourages the brain to release these inhibitive patterns, and adapt a higher function neural circuitry.
Are you feeling overwhelmed with college life? Do you find yourself struggling with big emotions and low self-esteem? Being a college student today is already really, really tough! College students today need to keep up with school, friends, and the constant pressure of social media. It's no wonder they are feeling more anxious and depressed than ever before (the rates keep rising!). It's enough to make anyone feel like skipping school to hide out and binge on the latest Netflix obsession instead of facing the day-to-day challenges. As responsible adults, we know that ignoring the overwhelm is not going to make the problems disappear. Therapy can help! My clients often leave treatment feeling better about themselves, their ability to handle future stress, and experience healthier connections with others.
