I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist with a passion for supporting individuals and families on their journeys towards emotional well-being. I graduated from Fordham University, where I laid the foundation for my career focused on mental health and social work. With over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of working with toddlers, children, and families, particularly within birth-to-three programs and school social work settings.

My practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care through both in-person and telehealth appointments, making it easier for my clients to access the support they need. I specialize in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety, depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I also have substantial experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and addressing a range of issues related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, negative thinking patterns, women’s issues, life transitions, boundaries, self-esteem, social skills, transitions, unexpected changes, sensory sensitivity, executive functioning, time management, and organization skills.

My therapeutic interventions include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), executive functioning training, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each individual and family I work with, ensuring that we create a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.

I am dedicated to empowering my clients with the tools they need to navigate their challenges and embrace their unique strengths. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and enhancing your quality of life. If you are ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I would be honored to work with you.
