At Sound Health and Wellness, we work with college students with a trauma lense, meaning we are very sensitive to their life experiences and helps them feel more in control of their feelings and their lives. Our therapists use a variety of therapies including EMDR to help you manage your stress, your relationship conflicts and to help you gain the skills to feel good about yourself and your growth as an adult. Our therapists are very personable and down to earth.
