Expressing oneself can be one of the most liberating experiences a person can have. For some, expressing oneself is a simple act. For others, It can be something that needs support, practice and nurture. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15+years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families. I see all individuals as the expert of themselves, and am here to provide tools, insight and empathy to assist in reaching one's goals. I take a holistic approach to therapy, including mindfulness, meditation, and general wellness. I utilize CBT and DBT. I was also previously a NCAA head coach (as well as college athlete myself) so I uniquely understand the college athletic experience
.
Together we build a therapeutic and trusting relationship, conducive to gaining insight and making change.

I look forward to connecting with you.
