Do you ever feel like you are reliving the same script but with a different cast? Often, we play out the same dynamics across relationships without noticing how the same conflicts and chaos show up time and time again. I enjoy working with clients to recognize these patterns and collaborate towards striking a balance between empathy and boundaries. As a counselor, I aim to be with you in that discomfort and offer guidance in the process of letting go.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years, helping people overcome feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. I am a certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapist and specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma and other adverse life experiences. I believe in using a holistic, integrated approach to help people overcome barriers in their lives as part of whole person care and offer resources to help with everyday stressors and challenges.

You feel overwhelmed by the high expectations you’ve set for yourself, stuck in thoughts of how you should have done better. Anxiety and self-criticism weigh you down, fueled by a constant drive to be perfect. It’s exhausting, disconnecting—and no, you can’t just “relax.” But you’re ready for change. Ready to slow the racing thoughts, silence the inner critic, and show up with compassion, not judgment. You want to feel connected again—to life, to your friends and family, and yourself. I want to help you get there.

Hello and welcome. I know finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. I hope to simplify that process for you. I currently have openings in my schedule and will do my best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. I offer free 10-15 minute initial phone calls to help determine whether it's a good match. I offer a non-judgmental, strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy. I specialize in working with neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc.) teens, young adults, college students, and adults. Juggling the competing responsibilities of being a student, friend, employee, and family member can be overwhelming at times. As someone who is also neurodivergent, I have had personal experience with managing the unique challenges that neurodivergent students are often faced with. Additionally, I have 5+ years of experience working with individuals and families with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who approaches work with adults through a Psychodynamic, Trauma- Informed lens. I view symptoms as expressions of unconscious conflicts and painful core beliefs that need to be compassionately understood and metabolized in order to achieve therapy goals. When we understand and learn to love ourselves, we gain access to choices about who we are and how we want to live that we never thought possible. It is an honor for me to accompany people on this journey. I enjoy working with adults in all stages of life. I specialize in those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, life transitions, struggles with identity and self, and unresolved trauma. I honor and relish the inherent complexity of all people and seek to appreciate all the nuances and intricacies of each person I work with.

I work with children, adolescents and adults who come with a range of concerns. Many are challenged with depression, anxiety and/or relationship concerns. For many, a history of trauma is at the root of their struggles. Working together to better understand the origin of one’s symptoms can foster healing and growth. Those with a history of trauma have much to gain from such an approach.

Hi! I'm Hannah. Have you ever heard the phrase, “The body keeps the score”? It’s true! Our bodies are incredibly smart and know how to keep us safe. They remember our past and are doing their best to keep us safe in our present and future. But sometimes this means that it’s working overtime to protect us from anything else that could hurt us, and this can end up causing problems in relationships, jobs, schooling, and in our mental and physical health. Traditional talk therapy is often ineffective at helping the body heal from these old wounds. Instead, I use a body-based approach that provides long-lasting healing from trauma and loss. I believe that the therapeutic relationship truly heals, and I aim to be one of your biggest supporters as you overcome challenges in your life. I’ll be right there with you through some of your hardest moments, and I’ll hold onto hope even when it seems hopeless. I believe in you and your ability to do hard things. I also believe you deserve all the healing that you can possibly have in this life, and it’s my honor to guide you on your healing journey. I’m sex-positive, kink-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and strongly believe in racial justice.

Anxiety has a way of creeping into every part of life—especially during college, when so much is changing so quickly. You might find that small stressors snowball until they feel completely overwhelming, and then suddenly you’re snapping, shutting down, or withdrawing—and even you aren't sure why. That constant state of being “on edge” is exhausting, and without a way to process or release it, it can take a real toll on your well-being, your relationships, and your ability to focus and grow. As a trained and certified art therapist, I help college students use their own creativity to express what feels impossible to put into words. Through art, you can explore your inner world, build a stronger sense of self, and feel more connected to the people around you. In addition to art therapy, I’m also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques. I enjoy integrating these approaches in a way that fits who you are and what you need. My goal is always to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. When you trust me as your therapist, that trust becomes a foundation for building greater confidence and connection—both within yourself and with others. We’ll work together, and I’ll honor that trust every step of the way.

I am a licensed psychologist offering online therapy in 39 states. I am an integrative psychotherapist and bring curiosity, warmth, compassion, and a sense of humor to the therapeutic relationship. I consider societal and cultural influences while helping clients to explore their relationship/intimacy issues, sexuality, identity, struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I take a sex positive approach and am attuned to the needs of poly, non-monogamous, open, kink, and BDSM clients. I find Clients do best when they understand the science associated with their struggles and mental health. I am unique in that I have both a doctorate in clinical psychology and extensive training in addictions. I love providing psychoeducation on brain-body-spiritual connection, teaching effective long-lasting evidence-based skills. I teach and integrate the “heavy hitters” of psychological theories; ACT, DBT, CBT/REBT, EFT, and Gottman methods in Couples work. The rapport between you and your therapist is the number one moderator of good therapeutic outcomes: not how long I've been in the business or how many books I've written. If you feel good about what you are reading here and think we might be a good fit, schedule a consultation with me and we can chat about what's going on and determine if I'm the best fit!

I believe "the right" therapeutic relationship is the key to successful therapy. Working collaboratively, the client and I create a safe and supportive environment in which the client may address issues and behaviors, explore difficult emotions, cope with life events, resolve conflict, and identify relational patterns. My passion lies in facilitating clients in their journey toward personal growth and self-discovery. My goal is to help others gain control of their lives and inner strength by better understanding the relationship between their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Eating disorders, relationship and attachment issues, and family dynamics are my areas of therapeutic specialty. Other areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have experience treating adults, couples, and families in college campus counseling centers, as well as outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential treatment settings. My approach is respectful, non-judgmental, and client-centered. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy.

I value supporting young adults struggling with life's challenges: depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and much more. We tend to isolate in these difficult moments believing we are alone in our struggles. My goal is to provide a comforting and safe environment to make changes to achieve your goals and create more positive interactions. It is vital to the therapy process to feel a genuine connection. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that meets your individual needs and allows for positive change. My goal is to meet whatever need or needs you may have in order to help you achieve your goals and feel more fulfilled.
