Hello and welcome. I know finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. I hope to simplify that process for you. I currently have openings in my schedule and will do my best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. I offer free 10-15 minute initial phone calls to help determine whether it's a good match.

I offer a non-judgmental, strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy. I specialize in working with neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc.) teens, young adults, college students, and adults. Juggling the competing responsibilities of being a student, friend, employee, and family member can be overwhelming at times. As someone who is also neurodivergent, I have had personal experience with managing the unique challenges that neurodivergent students are often faced with.

Additionally, I have 5+ years of experience working with individuals and families with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.
