I work with children, adolescents and adults who come with a range of concerns. Many are challenged with depression, anxiety and/or relationship concerns. For many, a history of trauma is at the root of their struggles. Working together to better understand the origin of one’s symptoms can foster healing and growth. Those with a history of trauma have much to gain from such an approach.
