Anxiety has a way of creeping into every part of life—especially during college, when so much is changing so quickly. You might find that small stressors snowball until they feel completely overwhelming, and then suddenly you’re snapping, shutting down, or withdrawing—and even you aren't sure why. That constant state of being “on edge” is exhausting, and without a way to process or release it, it can take a real toll on your well-being, your relationships, and your ability to focus and grow.

As a trained and certified art therapist, I help college students use their own creativity to express what feels impossible to put into words. Through art, you can explore your inner world, build a stronger sense of self, and feel more connected to the people around you.

In addition to art therapy, I’m also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques. I enjoy integrating these approaches in a way that fits who you are and what you need. My goal is always to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. When you trust me as your therapist, that trust becomes a foundation for building greater confidence and connection—both within yourself and with others.

We’ll work together, and I’ll honor that trust every step of the way.
