My practice is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach that honors each person's unique experiences and innate capacity for growth. I also recognize how systemic influences shape our thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in compassion, curiosity, and self-expression.Together, we'll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), I offer both traditional talk therapy and art therapy. Art therapy is for everyone and can simply be another way of exploring what is difficult to put into words. Whether incorporating art, talking it out, or a combination of both, the therapeutic process is guided by your goals and comfort level.
Are you tired of feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Do your insecurities and thoughts get in the way? Maybe you've tried everything you've been told to do, and it’s just not working. Let’s face it—college and young adulthood can be tough. But imagine if there were something that could make it easier. I help young adults, college students, and young professionals get out of their heads and start creating a life they love. Therapy can help you build confidence, overcome your fears, feel more connected, find your motivation, get organized, learn to navigate stress, figure out what you really want, and unlock your potential. In counseling, we will work together to identify your goals and get after what really works. I support with evidence-based practices, education, reflective exercises, mind-body techniques, creative activities, and brainstorming to help you find new ways of doing things. We will aim to treat your symptoms & map out a path for a more meaningful way of living. Having someone that you can trust with your healing process is essential, as it takes courage to change. Whether you are looking to start or continue your therapy journey, I’d love to be a resource. Please reach out for a phone consultation, or glance at my website to help you in determining if I might be the best fit to support your counseling process.
I was raised in a commune-style farm setting in rural Pennsylvania, and earned my BA from Middlebury College and then my MA in counseling psychology from Lesley College. I am currently pursuing her certificate in Modern Psychoanalysis at the Academy for Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis in Livingston, NJ. I am a mother of three and a longtime practitioner of yoga, meditation, and Jin Shin Jyutsu (Japanese acupressure). These practices inform my interest in the well-being of the whole person. I provide a safe and comfortable space where you can explore the parts of your life that you value and also the parts you may want to change. My approach is to cultivate a sense of curiosity and kindness while supporting you in saying whatever is on your mind. As we put our thoughts and feelings into words, we tend to grow more comfortable in ourselves, even in the midst of discomfort. We may find ourselves in more positive relationships at home, at school, and at work. We may find more clarity about how we want to live our lives. Whether in person or online, I see the therapeutic process as a catalyst for reflection, exploration, self-understanding, and personal growth. Together, we will work to understand the richness of who you are and resolve whatever is getting in the way of achieving your personal and professional goals.
I specialize in working with young adults and helping them navigate these tough and challenging years. I have a holistic approach to psychiatry and am flexible to meet people’s individual needs. Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and depression are my areas of expertise but I treat everything.
As an insight-oriented therapist I operate from the belief that the more we understand about where we have been, the more control we have in where we are going. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, encouraging my clients to bring in what feels most important to them each week. When working with clients, my first priority is establishing a secure, authentic relationship that meets the needs of each individual. We work together to identify patterns of how you relate to yourself and others. We explore where they came from and the purpose they serve in your life. This allows you to identify what you want to change, and together we work to create a life that aligns with who you are.
Expand Mentoring offers solution-based, focused, and practical support for daily life. We work somewhere in-between the role of a coach and mentor, building a relationship from which progress can grow. Our Mentors bring to life therapeutic work and apply coping skills in the moment with clients. We specialize in working with clients in areas of executive functioning, coping with anxiety/depression, self-confidence building, addiction and eating disorder support, and creating healthy relationships. We are a guiding force that can serve as a sober coach, a trusting relationship, or a coach for reaching your personal goals.

I work best with students who are balancing caregiving responsibilities with their own personal and academic goals. Many of my clients experience stress, burnout, grief, or feelings of isolation as they care for a loved one while trying to navigate school and life transitions. My approach is mindfulness-based, practical, and supportive, helping students develop coping strategies, set boundaries, and reconnect with their own needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, or the emotional weight of caregiving, I provide a space where you can feel heard and supported. You don’t have to manage everything alone—I’m here to help.
Although college can be a time of excitement and exploration, it can also feel extreme and bring up feelings that can be challenging to sort out on our own. Having the right support can make all the difference. At In Bloom Psychotherapy we are here to support you on this journey exactly as you are, helping you find the tools and resources to provide some relief and a better understanding of yourself. Among other issues, we specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational issues, depression, college athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts. We incorporate body awareness and mindfulness into sessions because talk therapy alone may not be enough to shift old patterns and create new neural pathways in the brain. Some of our clinicians are trained in EMDR therapy and utilize approaches such as parts work, IFS, DBT, CBT, mindfulness and attachment theory. We know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming and daunting. If something in this bio resonates with you, please reach out for a free twenty-minute phone consultation.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), my focus is on helping patients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and ADHD. Together, we work on effectively coping with these issues and managing their impact on other areas of life, such as difficulty communicating, feeling connected within relationships, or feeling overwhelmed while managing stress. For those who have experienced loss, I offer support in working through the grief process at their own pace. No matter the struggle, I’m here to provide a space where you can process and accept the areas of life and the pieces of yourself that feel challenging to face. Starting with a new therapist comes with a lot of unknowns, and I invite you to reach out with any questions you have. I'm excited to assist you in the process of building a life that is aligned with the most authentic version of yourself. I view therapy as a collaborative relationship between counselor and patient as we move toward your goals. My approach primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focused on helping you identify your values in order to work toward a meaningful life. Living in alignment with what matters most to you is, I believe, how you become the most authentic version of yourself. Sessions are direct and Mindfulness-based, designed to promote presence in the here and now while engaging in lasting transformation and healing. My goal is for you to feel safe and heard as you create change through your therapeutic journey. Early in my life, I struggled with my experience of neurodivergence. My first therapist had a huge impact on my life, helping me understand and accept that I am a whole person made up of many characteristics aside from my diagnosis. Since that first experience with therapy, my journey has involved figuring out who I am and what is important to me in my life. I want to offer others that same opportunity for self-exploration and discovery by creating a space where you can be open, authentic, and feel a little less alone in your experience. In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and camping, spending time with my cat, painting and drawing, attending concerts, and caring for my plants.
Welcome my name is Caitlin Minino. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field for 15 years with a focus on child, adolescent, and family therapy. I work predominately with trauma, attachment, family systems, and reintegration. I also have extensive experience with substance use treatment, addiction, and sports preformance. I support clients of all walks of life toward their own healing journey.
College can intensify pressure to succeed, make the “right” choices, and hold it all together, often alongside anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, relationship issues, or concerns about food, body image, or control. I work with college students and young adults who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves on the inside. Together, we slow things down, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and build insight and skills that support real, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms. I hold the CEDS-C credential, the highest certification in eating disorder treatment, and support students whose anxiety or perfectionism shows up around food, body image, or self-worth. Therapy can be a space to pause, feel understood, and reconnect with what matters most, without having to pretend you’re fine or push through alone.
Drawing from 10+ years of clinical experience, I use a solution-focused approach to teach skills to overcome worry, depression, anger, stress, guilt, low self-esteem, sleep issues, relationship struggles, and parenting challenges. My clients and I work on improving their wellness and their lives by exploring helpful solutions, perspectives, and habits.
Hi, I’m Jose Mathew, DBH, LCSW, LAC, CCTP I’m the founder of Mountain Valley Behavioral Health, and I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported rather than judged or rushed into anything. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, burnout, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with carry more than they show on the surface. They may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or unsure where to begin. My role is to help create space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and work toward meaningful change together. My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded, and practical. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Every person has a unique story, stressors, and strengths. I work to understand the full picture—including emotional health, nervous system regulation, trauma history, relationships, physical health, and daily stress—so treatment feels personalized and relevant to your life. I use an integrated, trauma-informed approach that combines evidence-based therapies with authentic human connection. Depending on your needs, our work may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, EMDR-informed interventions, mindfulness, nervous system regulation strategies, and practical tools to improve emotional balance, communication, and coping skills. I also understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’ve spent a long time holding things together on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy is not about being “broken.” It’s about finding a place to process what you’ve been carrying, better understand yourself, and build healthier ways to move forward. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, substance use, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and more connected to yourself and others. Areas I Commonly Work With • Trauma & PTSD • Anxiety & Chronic Stress • Depression & Emotional Burnout • Substance Use & Recovery • Co-Occurring Mental Health Concerns • Relationship & Communication Challenges • Family Conflict • Nervous System Dysregulation • Men’s Mental Health • Life Transitions & Identity Stress • Integrated Behavioral Health Treatment Approaches • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Trauma-Informed Therapy • Motivational Interviewing • EMDR-Informed Interventions • Strengths-Based Therapy • Mindfulness & Somatic Strategies • Integrated Behavioral Health Care Credentials • Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) • Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) • EMDR-Trained (EMDR-T) • Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II (CCTP-II) A Final Thought I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and learning to work with yourself rather than against yourself. Therapy is not about perfection; it’s about creating sustainable change, improving quality of life, and helping you feel more grounded, present, and capable in your day-to-day life.

My practice begins with a kind, compassionate and safe introduction to the therapy process. We will explore what you want in your life and how to get there. Together we will follow your questions, concerns and goals, so you can discover new options. These are some of the questions we can explore. How can I make decisions that lead to a clear purpose? Why do I feel depressed? What is all this anxiety about? What can I do to feel better now? Drawing on eastern and western psychology, we will work together to develop the tools and inner resources to achieve your life goals including learning self compassion, and developing awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors - through traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, creating art, and journaling. Please see my psychology today profile for more information and a complete list of insurance I accept.
I believe being a student and learning is an opportunity, and sometimes having a consistent therapist alongside can make the difference and help you get the most out of the opportunity. Being in school is not a singular thing, it’s not just about being the student in class who does assignments and gets the grade. In addition to being a student, there is one’s mental, physical, and emotional health, there are often bills to pay, and often the needs of others to meet. There are many other parts of ourselves and our lives that intersect with and function together with being in school. It can be overwhelming. It can be an adjustment. Transitions are big and important. There are our lives both in and out of school. Students are often also family members, caregivers, working individuals, or living with loss, trauma, depression, stress, or a medical illness. Students also learn differently, including some with accommodations for success. Some students find they need to confront an overwhelming need for perfection, or perhaps one is facing a particular challenge that is important to look at rather than look away. Therapy can be helpful when you are in school. I like to meet a client where they are at and begin by understanding you. I offer my warmth, and capacity to listen and to hold space even when the workable feels unworkable. I offer my experience and knowledge in counseling and in the creative art therapies, and hold value in an inclusive and affirmative lens. I enjoy working with students in higher education, meeting them in the places where school intersects with other parts of self that must be given care and attention, or to look more closely at or develop one’s career journey. I employ both talk therapy and the use of creative, expressive processes such as movement, poetry, art, music, story, and metaphor. The work is collaborative between counselor and client, being open about therapy goals and progress. I place value on your inherent strengths, and believe that we all hold motivation and an innate capacity to heal and be the very best versions of ourselves. My focus as an integrative psychotherapist is on holistic well-being rather than illness. We are generally born in a state of inner harmony, wholeness and health, and as we experience life’s ups and downs, our emotional state can become unbalanced. While validating challenges and offering guidance, my primary goal is to support clients in rediscovering their own inner resources to successfully move forward in a meaningful way. My approach includes an emphasis on creative potential; finding purpose and joy; growth and change; trust and respect. With empathy, warmth and practical tools, I support clients as they increase their understanding and confidence to make progress dealing with depression and isolation, anxiety and stress, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, communication challenges, boundary issues, self-esteem, life transitions, and family conflicts. I enjoy working with diverse populations of all ages and backgrounds as they gain wisdom and insight into their own lives and move toward personal empowerment and resilience. I’m particularly interested in parenting, healthy communications, life adjustments, self-awareness, and supporting caregivers whose loved ones have dementia. As a registered art therapist, I am also trained to provide a creative way for clients to express what may be hard to talk about, especially during times of crisis or difficulty. Art is universal and promotes playfulness, self-expression, and imagination. Art therapy can be a helpful addition to traditional talk therapy. It’s important that my clients feel comfortable and safe in the therapy room: seen, heard, validated, and understood. I look forward to joining you on your unique journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
