As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), my focus is on helping patients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and ADHD. Together, we work on effectively coping with these issues and managing their impact on other areas of life, such as difficulty communicating, feeling connected within relationships, or feeling overwhelmed while managing stress. For those who have experienced loss, I offer support in working through the grief process at their own pace.

No matter the struggle, I’m here to provide a space where you can process and accept the areas of life and the pieces of yourself that feel challenging to face. Starting with a new therapist comes with a lot of unknowns, and I invite you to reach out with any questions you have. I'm excited to assist you in the process of building a life that is aligned with the most authentic version of yourself.

I view therapy as a collaborative relationship between counselor and patient as we move toward your goals. My approach primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focused on helping you identify your values in order to work toward a meaningful life.

Living in alignment with what matters most to you is, I believe, how you become the most authentic version of yourself. Sessions are direct and Mindfulness-based, designed to promote presence in the here and now while engaging in lasting transformation and healing. My goal is for you to feel safe and heard as you create change through your therapeutic journey.

Early in my life, I struggled with my experience of neurodivergence. My first therapist had a huge impact on my life, helping me understand and accept that I am a whole person made up of many characteristics aside from my diagnosis.

Since that first experience with therapy, my journey has involved figuring out who I am and what is important to me in my life. I want to offer others that same opportunity for self-exploration and discovery by creating a space where you can be open, authentic, and feel a little less alone in your experience.

In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and camping, spending time with my cat, painting and drawing, attending concerts, and caring for my plants.
