Hi, I'm Brooke! Originally from Kentucky, I moved to Denver in 2023. I have a strong passion for helping people live more whole-hearted lives. Every day, I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to laugh, cry, share your experiences, and move toward healing. I will tailor your treatment using evidence-based practices to ensure you have everything you need to reach your full potential and become your most authentic self. While in session with clients, I often use a combination of EMDR, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT techniques to teach new skills, process trauma, and elicit positive change talk. When I'm not in session, I love to spend time with my loved ones, my animals, or with a really good book.

Each of us comes into therapy with diverse backgrounds and unique experiences that shape our current ways of thinking and how we interact with the world around us. My job as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel safe, empowered, validated, and can trust that there is someone who genuinely wants to help you navigate through some of life’s most difficult and challenging moments. I approach the therapeutic process with empathy, acceptance, humor, and curiosity about your goals, values, and passions.  I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I'm an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with 10 years of experience working in the social work field. I view therapy as a partnership and believe that you are the expert in your life. Together, we will develop a plan to achieve your goals, gain the tools to promote healing, improve your well-being, and help you become the most authentic version of yourself.

Since graduating in 2023 with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, Andria has worked in various private practice outpatient settings where she has specialized in treating adults. She works well with adult women and men who might feel stuck in life, have trouble overcoming anxiety, struggling to manage stress, are navigating life transitions, or wanting to heal from toxic relationships or childhood trauma. When working together, clients can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative approach, and a safe and supportive environment. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as in internal family systems (IFS), which helps clients to understand and heal the various parts of self that make up one’s internal world. She also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, as well as mindfulness based and somatic therapy techniques for a holistic and tailored approach to managing anxiety, healing emotional pain and trauma, building self-confidence, and creating a calm and regulated nervous system. Her therapeutic style is to meet clients exactly where they are at with gentleness to create a safe, individualized path to healing. Andria believes change is possible for everyone, but it is often the narratives, stories and unhealed traumas we have internalized that can make it difficult to move forward. In treatment Andria helps clients learn to recognize these narratives, to understand their roles, and cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and a harmonious internal system to increase self-acceptance and overall, wellbeing. While untangling it all may feel overwhelming right now, Andria is here to shine a light into the dark places, to walk alongside you, and create a space that allows for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

From a young age, I have been interested in promoting health and wellness and followed my passion into a career in healthcare. I received my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2010. After graduation, I was selected as a National Health Service Corp Scholar and spent two years serving in a rural underserved community. This experience gave me a strong foundation in treating patients of all ages in outpatient and inpatient settings, but while living in a small community, I realized that I was still a city girl at heart. In 2012 I relocated back to Denver and have been practicing in the Denver metro area ever since. Through practicing in family medicine, I have realized how much our mental health affects our well-being and found that my true passion is in promoting mental health wellness. I have a special interest in gut health and how our gut microbiome impacts not only our mental health but our overall wellness. I believe in an integrated approach to behavioral health care that includes nutrition, exercise, meditation, and sleep education. My goal is to collaborate with each patient to form an individualized approach to care. In my spare time, I am an avid runner and have completed multiple marathons including the world-famous Boston Marathon. On the weekends I enjoy taking my love of running to the trails and when I am not outside enjoying Colorado’s sunshine, you can find me in the kitchen trying new recipes and finding ways to incorporate more plants into my diet. I look forward to partnering with you on your healthcare journey!

I am a psychotherapist specializing in overcoming the consequences of trauma for adults of all ages. As a well-rounded clinician with more than 12 years of experience, I help insightful adults overcome the lingering effects of trauma that keep them from optimal living. I specialize in helping people overcome barriers to optimal growth. My approach is collaborative, conversational and compassionate. I'm passionate about helping people access known or newly discovered capacities for meaningful living. Working together, you can expect a relaxed and judgement free environment. I use meaningful conversations, with a mixture of humor and insight, to help clients realize their unique potential for growth. My style is interactional, and I work to honor each person's emotional and spiritual journey. My path to becoming a therapist began at a young age with the realization that complete strangers quickly felt comfortable sharing their deep concerns, regrets, fears, etc. and walked away with a sense of hope and relief. They felt seen and appreciated. These experiences convinced me that a person-centered approach, with the intent of mutual discernment of the path forward, is often the most effective therapy.

As an emotion-focused, trauma-informed therapist with over 5 years of experience, I help clients identify and process suppressed emotions often rooted in unresolved trauma. I believe healing begins when we create space for the feelings we've had to bury, and that therapy, though challenging, can be a safe space to reconnect with ourselves.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I provide a warm, authentic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy that focuses on women’s health, empowerment, and overall wellness. My passion for supporting women began early—through mentoring middle school girls, working with nonprofits dedicated to women’s social justice, and later training to provide mental health services to survivors of interpersonal violence. For the past 12 years, I have remained deeply committed to helping women of all ages navigate life’s challenges and pursue growth and healing. I specialize in supporting women and women-identified individuals through experiences such as managing social media pressures, coping with fertility issues, adjusting to motherhood, navigating the aging process, healing from interpersonal violence, and cultivating self-compassion while balancing multiple roles. My goal is to help clients thrive by fostering self-acceptance, resilience, and empowerment. I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including community mental health clinics and hospital systems. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. My priority is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard, supported, and respected. Outside of my professional work, I value connection, humor, and activities that ground and recharge me. I find joy in good food, laughter, time in nature, and quality moments with family and friends. These experiences remind me of the importance of presence, play, and balance—values I often integrate into my work with clients.

With a warm, client-centered approach, I use a mix of humanistic, strengths-based, CBT, and mindfulness techniques to support clients in processing difficult emotions and discovering their own path toward healing. The focus of this process is collaborating with you, the client, by creating a safe and understanding space, which is the foundation of any successful therapeutic relationship.
