Each of us comes into therapy with diverse backgrounds and unique experiences that shape our current ways of thinking and how we interact with the world around us. My job as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel safe, empowered, validated, and can trust that there is someone who genuinely wants to help you navigate through some of life’s most difficult and challenging moments. I approach the therapeutic process with empathy, acceptance, humor, and curiosity about your goals, values, and passions. 

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I'm an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with 10 years of experience working in the social work field. I view therapy as a partnership and believe that you are the expert in your life. Together, we will develop a plan to achieve your goals, gain the tools to promote healing, improve your well-being, and help you become the most authentic version of yourself.
