Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing trauma-informed counseling support to individuals and families for over a decade. The foundation of her approach is built upon core beliefs of empathy, respect, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. Her aim is to create a space of safety and understanding, especially when life feels overwhelming. Stacey incorporates a variety of modalities in her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic, family systems, and strength-based therapy. She believes that successful counseling is built on a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship. Her approach is collaborative, so that her clients feel supported, accepted, and more empowered in their daily lives. She believes periods of uncertainty and challenge offer us opportunities to reexamine our lives and discover new possibilities. She takes a practical and dynamic approach that allows her clients to safely explore feelings, and connect with a true sense of self. Stacey works with people on a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, chronic illness, grief and loss, women's issues, and infertility. Working in healthcare for many years, Stacey understands the unique challenges and feelings of isolation people face when coping with chronic or serious illness. She also offers trauma-informed counseling for individuals in helping-professions who experience secondary traumatic stress, PTSD, and burnout. The beautiful Pacific Northwest has been Stacey's home for over twenty years. She is a mother of active twin teenagers, a partner, a step-parent, a dog lover, a walker and hiker, and a gardening enthusiast. "Sometimes, when you allow yourself to feel, it guides you in the direction you want to go" (from the documentary Paper Tigers)
I am deeply committed to supporting people of all identities, especially neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ individuals, towards greater healing and empowerment. I will spend a considerable amount of time learning more about you, what your values are, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to provide a safe enough space where we can build trust together and work towards your goals. I want to empower those who struggle with anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, relational challenges, managing daily stress, and trauma. As much as we may wish we could get rid of difficult emotions, I offer gentle exploration towards what it can feel like to begin to develop new relationships with unwanted feelings. I have an extensive background in mindfulness and offer clients a variety of mindfulness tools (that aren't too precious). Self compassion will be at the heart of our work. I believe that the most healing aspect of therapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. I offer warmth, patience, mediocre metaphors, and occasional humor. I feel honored and privileged to get to work with clients and it feels especially sweet when people begin to feel comfortable opening up. You can reach me by phone at 971-266-3010 or email me at alinakhodadian@introspectivecollective.org.
I have over 15 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologists. My integrative approach to treatment is rooted in evidence-based practices that honor the uniqueness of each individual and combine the strengths of Emotion Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I treat individuals and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal and work challenges, abusive relationships, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
I offer individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, self-criticism, intrusive thoughts, and relationship challenges. Together, we will work to cultivate self-compassion, navigate painful thoughts and emotions, and build a life that feels meaningful to you. Our work will be engaging, thoughtful, and supportive. I also recognize that counseling can sometimes feel difficult. During those moments, I am committed to being fully present and honoring your exploration of where you have been, where you are, and where you hope to go. I am here to meet you where you are, using a range of approaches to fit your needs. I strive to cultivate a safe space for geeks, gamers, and lifelong learners, offering care that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally sensitive, anti-racist, trauma-informed, and weight-inclusive.
Your individual experiences, goals, and priorities will be at the heart of your care in my small practice. I'm proud to offer a whole-person approach, with therapy and thoughtful medication management services to support your unique journey of growth and healing. I am accepting new patients, and pleased to serve clients throughout the states of Oregon and New York via telehealth.
My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR with somatic and evidence-based talk therapies to support improved daily functioning and deeper, lasting healing. I specialize in working with medical trauma, chronic pain, women’s health, and grief. I also support clients navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, and changes across the lifespan. I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly understood. I believe therapy should be collaborative, meaningful and practical, and I work to find tools and approaches that genuinely support change in my client's day-to-day life.
I find the greatest success working with clients who over-think and ruminate, feeding negative valuations of themselves and the world around them, and who struggle with accompanying forms of worry, anxiety, and perfectionism. In providing a safe, non-judgmental space in which to build rapport, and by utilizing a conversational style, clients often feel more comfortable opening up and addressing the issues bringing them to counseling. We will collaborate on goals, as well as work together to make adjustments to expectations, making them more realistic, discover the meaning of “good enough,” learn the importance of self-care and healthy boundaries, increase self-worth, and begin to formulate ways to live an authentic life, making choices that are in alignment with your values. I look forward to hearing about your experiences, how they have been affecting your ability to reach your goals, and begin to work together to increase healthy tools to better manage inevitable life stressors when they arise. You can get back on track toward living a life that provides meaning and purpose. Please call to schedule a free consultation. ______________ Please note that I can also accept Samaritan insurance plans, but it was not listed as an option within the Thriving Campus system.
As a young adult, few things are harder than struggling alone. This time in your life can feel full of contradictions. It's exciting yet uncertain, liberating yet terrifying, carefree yet sometimes paralyzing. You crave connection. To be seen & deeply loved. But relational wounds, anxiety, or the residue of past trauma can lead to feelings of distrust, insecurity, & doubt. You yearn for more. To have healthy relationships. Improve self-esteem. You want to live with more ease, but feel stuck by your pain. Emotional wounds need nurturing, connection, & the healing power of a relationship. You're not alone. I help young adults learn to be with themselves & others without feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or scared. We slow down & notice what happens in the moment & the body as we explore emotions. My primary therapeutic approach is AEDP, which focuses on connection & attunement, undoing aloneness, accessing & processing emotions, & "loving up" strengths. I know that reaching out is hard! It's scary & unfamiliar. But together, we'll work through the difficult stuff. The emotions. The fear. We'll laugh a lot. We'll cry a bit, too. Nothing is too big! Plus, I've got a comfy couch & cozy office. Or meet me on telehealth. Either way. I challenge you to do this for yourself. You have everything within you.
Maybe you're exhausted from carrying stress and anxiety that never seems to let up. Maybe a difficult experience from your past still shows up in ways you didn't expect — in your relationships, your sleep, or your ability to feel safe in your own body. You don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through it. Whether you're navigating the lingering effects of trauma or PTSD, anxiety that won't quiet down, or a depression that's dimmed things you used to enjoy, you deserve a space where you can slow down, be honest, and actually start to heal — not just cope. I'm Tessa Love, LCSW, and I bring a warm, trauma-informed approach grounded in CBT, DBT, and somatic (body-based) techniques. I tailor every session to you — no cookie-cutter treatment plans, just collaborative, evidence-based care that meets you where you are. Ready to feel like yourself again? I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit — no pressure, just a conversation. I see clients virtually throughout Washington and Oregon, with openings Tuesday through Friday. Call (425) 321-0337 x800 to get started.
Hello! I have worked with college students and graduate students my whole career as I previously worked at both Oregon State University and the University of Oregon's Counseling Centers. I enjoy supporting students and young adults in their transitions especially with regard to improving relationships and better understanding the impact of family relationships. I have significant experience working with trauma and anxiety as well.
Are you holding a lot internally? Do you appear capable and put-together on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, or disconnected inside? Many students I work with are empaths and deep feelers who often ruminate or overthink decisions, worry about letting others down, or feel pressure to always be perceived as put together and strong. Are you confused about what healthy sexuality is? Are you unsure about what consent and bodily autonomy looks like, sounds like, feels like? College can intensify everything all at once: the stress of both internal and external academic expectations, relationships, family pressure, cultural or religious identities, and big questions about the future. It is a time of navigating multiple transitions. Transitions such as figuring out who you are apart from your family, questioning beliefs you grew up with, or trying to become your own person while staying connected to the people who matter to you. Add to this trying to develop new connections, and it can feel like you have a lead role in “Everything Everywhere All at Once.” Maybe you grew up in a high-pressure environment, or took on emotional caretaker roles early, or learned to minimize your needs. Perhaps you are noticing patterns you don’t know how to change. Or now that you are away from a traumatic family of origin situation, you are having memories surface and find yourself disassociating and finding it impossible to focus on studies. So you find yourself shutting down, maybe feeling numb, perhaps feeling “too much,” or carrying stress in your body - is it showing up as tension, trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, heightened anxiety, or...? You may be a quiet struggler - thoughtful, self-aware, and resilient, yet exhausted. Those who struggle quietly often don’t ask for help, apologize for having needs, or carry the emotional weight for others. Or maybe you find yourself acting out in ways that are not conducive to your well-being - like risky behavior or other choices that are hurtful for you. If you’re a university student who feels stuck between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, or if you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out, I see you and am honored to hold space for you. I understand we heal through connection. Authentic connection happens when we are heard and understood in relationship to others. I attempt to engage our work through compassion, curiosity, humor, perspective, honesty, and gentle challenges when appropriate. I believe in creating a space where you are able to slow down and tune into your emotions, beliefs, and responses as a way to heal, grow, and authentically relate to others.

I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy. Whether you’re facing life’s challenges, experiencing anxiety or depression, or you are just interested in growth and strengthening your sense of self; we all need a neutral person to talk to from time to time. I carry with me a warm, grounded presence. I have a nonjudgmental demeanor and prefer to avoid giving advice, but instead work together to explore options and possible solutions to issues. I have an eclectic approach that is primarily rooted in psychodynamics and tailored to the needs of the individual and their circumstances. I am open to working with anyone interested in pursuing therapy; some examples of challenges I am skilled at working with are anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, grief, life transitions, relationships, gender, sexuality, family issues, existential challenges, and individuation. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and poly friendly

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 15 years experience in the field. I earned my Masters in Counseling from George Fox University in 2010 and my Bachelors in Psychology from PSU in 1993. My clinical specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, addictions and burnout. I believe we all have our own inner wisdom and guidance, and therapy is a process of getting in touch with that. Insight is valuable and yet we often need more than that, including a compassionate witness, and skilled guidance through the change process. I value the therapeutic relationship and am an engaged therapist, doing my best to attune to where you are and what can best serve you in our work. I use evidence-based practices that are client-centered and Mind/Body/Spirit oriented. I have been trained in multiple modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also currently enrolled in the IFS certification program after having completed Level 1 training. Outside of therapy I enjoy the great outdoors, especially hiking and trail running, caring for stray/feral cats, meditating, listening to music and connecting with friends/community. I welcome all races, all religions, all socio-economic status, all sexual orientations, all gender identities and expressions, all abilities, all ethnicities, all bodies, ALL PEOPLE.
Jon Haley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Jon has work experience in the government, non-profit sector, child welfare, in-patient, and outpatient mental health. Jon enjoys working with, adolescents, adults, and couples. His specialties include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-informed), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Couples Therapy and providing mental health support for the LGBTQ+ and veteran communities. Jon has experience working with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders and personality disorders. His therapeutic framework is person-centered and environment focused. When outside of the office, Jon likes to spend time in the outdoors, take care of his plants, walk his miniature poodle Harvey Milk and listen to NPR. A message from Jon: “Thank you for reading my profile. It’s truly a privilege to be allowed into my client’s lives. I believe that everyone is trying the best they can with the resources available to them. I help my clients balance between acceptance of their current situation, and implementing change strategies to build the “life worth living” that they want and deserve. This is the essence of DBT - engaging in the dialectic, the balance of two opposite ideals. Taking that first step in seeking out help is often the hardest, but can also be the most rewarding. I look forward to working with you.” “You cannot think yourself into a new way of acting, you can only act yourself into a new way of thinking.” –Marsh Linehan
