I worked in a university counseling center for a few years and found my passion for working with students. I draw on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed modalities to create a safe and empowering space. I also use person-centered approaches to provide wholistic treatment that is tailored to the client.
