I am currently a licensed Counselor in Montana specializing in mental health issues along with issues dealing with substance abuse and addictions. I have a private practice where I offer services to adults, adolescents, children, and families. I also work as a clinical director in a Department of Corrections setting providing substance abuse and mental health treatment for individuals with Felony DUI's. My expertise is in working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and also in helping children deal with trauma. Living in rural Montana, I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients with various mental health concerns. My counseling style is eclectic in nature. I begin by getting to know my client and what will work best for them. The most frequent orientations that I utilize include cognitive-behavioral therapy, person centered, family systems, and mindfulness. I use an eclectic array of techniques that will be determined with the client and then utilized to develop a treatment plan unique to the client's concerns. Counseling is a process that can be very beneficial to help address various aspects of a person's life. I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship where we can work together to meet your needs.

Hi there! I'm a Montana Native that has been a therapist for over a decade. I've been working with college students since the beginning of my practice, getting my Masters degree at MSU. Much of my experience is helping students of all ages navigate the mental health challenges of being a student and preparing for life after school. I use meditation and grounding as the basis of my practice and I believe that therapy should be effective and focused. I offer free consultations and telehealth and in person visits. I look forward to talking to you!

Do you feel crushed by academic pressure or expectations for the future? Misunderstood by friends, family, or even yourself as you grow into your own person? Maybe you’re wrestling with anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, or just trying to feel okay again. Life transitions can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward. Perhaps you’re finding it hard to communicate, set boundaries, or break out of unhealthy patterns. . If any of this resonates, you’re not alone. Life can feel messy and confusing, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Whether you’re a teen, young adult, or part of a young couple, there’s hope for clarity, connection, and growth. My core modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which provide the foundation for my approach to helping clients navigate their relationships and personal growth. Currently, I’m deepening my expertise in couples work and exploring the intricate connections between relationships and the self—a reflection of my commitment to lifelong learning and fostering meaningful connections.

While my therapeutic toolbox encompasses Reiki, EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness techniques, I customize therapy sessions to suit each individual, allowing for flexibility beyond these established frameworks. I'm licensed in CO, TX, MT, OR, ID, WY, WA, and FL.

We are all a product of our stories— the good, the bad, and everything between. Many times, we aren’t aware of how rooted we are in past beliefs and relationship narratives or how deeply they’ve impacted our current choices and decisions. Therapy allows us to uncover the different sides of ourselves, to unlearn unhelpful beliefs and to emphasize positive ones. Together, we can create a collaborative environment that will help you gain a greater sense of self-awareness and self-esteem. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and PTSD with a range of modalities including EMDR and IFS. Focused on college students and adults. My therapeutic approach has been described as warm, positive, and creative. My intuitive and down-to-earth approach paired with my clinical expertise will create a foundation for you to feel safe and seen, listened to and understood. We’ll work together to get you on a path toward renewal and the understanding of self. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach. I get to know each of my clients individually to devise a plan that will best work for them. Currently, I am located in Bozeman, Montana and am dually licensed in Montana and Colorado and see individuals via telehealth. I look forward to connecting with you!
