I understand; you've tried everything. Instead of following the traditional medical model of diagnosing and labeling, I meet you where you are with embodied support to help you live a fully integrated life. I blend practices from East and West, neuroscience with spirituality, and movement with introspection. My work focuses on integrating all parts of you—body, mind, and soul—to build healthier relationships, improve your self-esteem, help you relate differently to anxiety and depression, reconnect with purpose and meaning, and come home to your body. I believe in the healing power of embodiment to recover from the hurt you've experienced. I specialize in compassionate, trauma-focused ketamine-assisted therapy to help you live a more present and embodied life. Trauma can manifest as nearly any form of stress held in the nervous system, from autoimmune conditions and chronic pain to anxiety and addiction. Ketamine-assisted therapy is an excellent option if you feel like you've tried everything but still feel stuck. It's a safe and legal therapeutic option for treating symptoms ranging from depression and anxiety to OCD and eating disorders. Ketamine-assisted therapy is a science-backed intervention that heals on a neurobiological level, creating more lasting and transformative change. As a therapist specializing in EMDR and somatic psychology, in addition to ketamine-assisted therapy, my goal is to get you back in your body. I want you to feel relief, not just in sessions, but for the days and weeks that follow. Trauma isn't just "in your head"; it leaves a very real biological imprint on your body, memory, and brain chemistry. Through somatic (ancient Greek for "body") psychotherapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices, I help you find freedom from limiting beliefs, depression, anxiety, and addictive patterns. I offer in-person therapy to Seattle clients and virtual therapy throughout Washington and Colorado.
Engaging in therapy is an act of bravery and self-love. I have immediate openings for telehealth and in person sessions, including weekends. If you are experiencing a life transition, exploring new independence, examining your identity, or needing help processing past traumas, I’m here to support you on your healing journey. Societal issues can also have an impact on our day to day life as well. I offer a safe place where you will feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative, person centered, direct using gentle confrontation when appropriate. I work with a variety of clients who may be healing from trauma, experiencing grief and loss, exploring their identity, or grappling with relationship issues to name a few. I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients. I use a strengths-based, holistic approach, integrating a variety of techniques and theoretical approaches that include; narrative (empowering you to write the rest of your story), CBT (to help with stuck patterns) and a systems-based approach. If you experience awful panic attacks, I'll give you strategies to tolerate and manage them so you can stop canceling plans at the last minute. I use mindfulness techniques to help you gain control over anxiety. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to partner alongside you. “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”-Maya Angelou
