Hi there,
I use Internal Family Systems therapy (Parts Work) to help unburden anxiety, perfectionism, shame, and depression. If you have seen the Pixar film Inside Out, then you have a bit of an idea already on how Internal Family Systems works! College is a time in which a lot of emotions all bubble up at once and there are times when you feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to contain everything. My therapy will help you get in touch with you core self so you can better engage with people and world around you.
