Whether you're managing a mood disorder, working through relationship challenges, or struggling with a significant shift in your life, you don't have to face it alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Showing up for you means creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth and self-exploration feel genuinely possible. Together, we'll build the insight, resilience, and meaningful change that can make a real difference in your life. It's a privilege to be your compassionate, trustworthy partner throughout that process. You can expect every session to feel warm, collaborative, and centered around you. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, we'll work together to help you better manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident navigating daily life. No two people are the same, and the care you receive reflects that. Your unique situation, goals, and needs shape how we work together — always with a focus on building healthier coping strategies and helping you feel genuinely empowered in your daily life. A deep curiosity about people and a genuine desire to help others find their footing in hard moments drew me to this work from the very beginning. Over the years, that calling has only grown stronger, deepening my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients feel supported and capable of real change. To every session in my practice now, I bring warmth, authenticity, and practical clinical insight, because you deserve care that is both grounded and human. When I'm not in session, you'll likely find me exploring a new restaurant with my family, trying out a recipe in the kitchen, or hunting for a hidden gem while antiquing. Home is a constant source of inspiration too, whether I'm tending the garden, taking on a DIY project, or reimagining a space through interior design. Traveling rounds it all out, fueling a sense of wonder and curiosity that I carry into my work with you.

As a therapist with over a decade of experience, I recognize that taking the first step toward seeking therapy can be difficult, which is why I want to help clients feel comfortable discussing some of life's most challenging topics. As I near the end of my education in Counseling Psychology, I have honed my experience in trauma-informed care. I have experience in working with individuals across the lifespan, but have focused my recent work with adults aged 18+ with extensive trauma and anxiety. I balance empathy with honesty to help clients feel validated, yet challenged. I believe you are the expert on your own life. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences and goals to create the life you want for yourself. I always start with an introductory session where we will spend the time discussing the challenges that brought you here, outlining your goals, and ensuring my approach aligns with your needs. Along with the initial logistics and administrative details, I will ask questions about your background, previous experiences, and what is currently bringing you distress. You set the pace: you only need to share what you are comfortable with. More importantly, it is equally important that you interview me. You have the floor to ask about my methods or background to ensure we are a great fit.
