As a modern therapist, I take an active and collaborative approach. I’m not just going to focus on the symptoms being presented - I want to understand the root cause behind your struggles and genuinely get to know you as a human. I love working with women who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level. Through our work together, we’ll unpack your story to understand your barriers and help you cultivate a new level of self-awareness. We’ll explore how you can implement new tools to better navigate your emotions, address relationship challenges, and gain confidence within. I’ll maintain a balance of supporting you and gently challenging you so that you can begin living an intentional and fulfilling life - whatever that looks like to you. My commitment is to not judge you, and to provide a space where you can show up as your authentic self.

With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, I provide a supportive and evidence-based approach to therapy for adults. I recognize that many different circumstances bring someone to therapy, and there’s no one single intervention that works for each person. With that in mind, I value understanding each person‘s history and collaboratively developing a “road map” for meaningful change. Holding a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas, I have treated a variety of mental health conditions and assisted clients with complex life changes and “seasons”. My approach integrates psychoeducation, skill-building, and validation to empower clients with practical tools for growth. Whether you’re facing emotional struggles, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where healing and progress can occur.
Hi there! College can be exciting, messy, overwhelming, and everything in between—and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My practice is a space where you can show up as your full self—no code-switching, no shrinking, no pretending. I center students who’ve felt “othered,” whether that’s because of race, gender identity, sexuality, or just not fitting into the mold of what college “should” look like. As a queer, Black provider, I understand how hard it can be to find support that gets it, so I bring compassion, honesty, and a real understanding of the unique challenges BIPOC and LGBTQ+ students face. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, stress, or just trying to make it through the semester, I’m here to hold space for all of it. Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and never one-size-fits-all—because you deserve care that sees you. You belong here.
Do you ever feel unheard, unseen, or misunderstood? Maybe even hurt by cliche responses you hear in your life such as “everything happens for a reason,” or “everything will be ok” or “you’re strong and you’ll get through this.” Are you feeling anxious or overthinking and playing scenarios in your mind? Questioning whether if this is the right decision and how it would impact your life? Worried about disappointing others as expectations were placed upon you. Or wondering if this is the right degree program for me? Maybe not recognizing yourself anymore. Overwhelmed by the pressure of life that it's difficult to be motivated. Not knowing what the future holds can be a scary feeling. I would like to come alongside you on this journey to help you to have a renewed and empowered life. Imagine being free from shame or guilt to be who you want to be. To feel confident in your decision making. Being able to let go of others' expectations that were placed on you. To be able to live in the present moment and be at peace of the unknown. You can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling heard, validated, and encouraged. If you are looking for someone that relates to you as an Asian American, or a first generation college student/graduate, please reach out to book a free 15 minute phone consultation to get to know a little about each other and ask any questions you may have. It would be an honor to partner with you in your healing.

Hi! I'm Rosie (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of both Georgia and Texas. I work primarily with young adults (20s and 30s), and many of my clients are people who identify as LGBTQIA+. I have special focus in trauma processing, ADHD management, and career exploration. Throughout my social work career I have passionately advocated for racial, social and economic justice through the empowerment of individuals and groups including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with HIV, people experiencing homelessness, people with mental illness, people with disabilities, veterans, children and youth, and more. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist myself, I am mindful of how people’s identities factor into their experience of the world and their experience in therapy. I believe that people begin to heal the moment they feel heard. While I do incorporate interventions like CBT, EMDR, IFS, and distress tolerance, my first and foremost focus is to be unconditionally on your team and on your side. Past clients have told me that I am a natural listener and am genuine and warm in how I relate to people. When I am not obsessing over the personality psychology phenomenon known as the enneagram, I enjoy laying in the sun with a good podcast, jogging the Atlanta beltline, reading, cooking, yoga, and exploring the local food scene.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults through life’s transitions, emotional challenges, and identity development. My practice blends evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness—with a relational, strengths-based approach that meets clients where they are. I’ve worked extensively with young adults navigating anxiety, grief, academic pressure, and family dynamics, and I bring that same attuned, developmentally informed lens to my work with college students. Whether clients are adjusting to campus life, managing mental health concerns, or exploring their values and goals, I offer a safe, inclusive space for healing and growth. My mission is to empower young people with tools for resilience, self-awareness, and emotional regulation—while honoring the unique cultural, social, and personal contexts that shape their experiences. Let's talk-I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Reach out via email or phone to schedule!

You deserve someone who will listen intently, understand fully, and provide an open, supportive, and non-judgmental space to rebuild through. Through play therapy, even young children (ages 3+) can express big feelings in a safe and nurturing way. I support children experiencing family changes—such as divorce, separation, or parenting transitions—while helping them build coping skills, confidence, and healthy communication. I also work with teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and self-worth challenges. My approach is encouraging, supportive, and focused on helping each client feel understood and empowered. Using play-based techniques and parent–child interaction strategies, I guide children in expressing emotions, developing self-regulation, and improving interactions at home and school. I also offer parents practical tools and psychoeducation to continue the progress outside the therapy room. For clients who wish to incorporate faith or spirituality into their healing, I provide an integrated approach that honors and supports those values. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, teen, or yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth, healing, and emotional well-being.

I help driven people just like you manage their anxiety, stress and irritable bowel syndrome. You can gain stability and finally enjoy your success. I help high achieving and sensitive women to stop doubting themselves and start feeling grounded and confident. Often, I work with people who are tired of keeping it all together and holding things in. People like you who are done putting themselves last and ready to step into themselves and own their worth. Perfectionists who are ready to let go of having to be perfect all the time. Maybe you’re always the one people can count on, yet you have a hard time accepting help from others. Or you feel as though something is weighing you down, though you can’t quite pinpoint what it is. You look like you have it all together from the outside but you aren’t satisfied with your relationships and know there is more to life. You long to feel seen, heard and understood. Together, we will create space for you to get in touch with yourself and your needs. In working with me, people find themselves having the confidence to make decisions that align with their values and lead to desired change. In sessions, I strive to create a space for people to feel seen, heard and understood on a deep level, with the opportunity and safety to explore their inner worlds. I create offerings that encourage growth, self-discovery and healing through the practices of talk-therapy, EMDR, self-compassion, mindfulness, the Enneagram and yoga.

I am so glad you stopped by! I am eager to work with college students, like yourself, and have a background in working with both undergrad and grad students in the Dallas area. In therapy, I offer a safe and confidential relationship, where you can hope to gain self-esteem, relevant skills, and personal strength, learning to more fully trust yourself and others. A great deal of my clients are wrestling with depression, anxiety, and self-worth due to family/childhood issues and relational struggles that tend to become more apparent once they have entered college. Together, we dig into these hard conversations and I help you relate differently to anxiety, pain, fear, and sadness, while also coming alongside you in creating the life you desire. Finding a therapist you connect with is an important aspect of effective therapy. I will serve you with respect and empathy while encouraging you in your personal journey of growth. I am both honored and committed to meeting you where you are, learning where you want to go, and helping you find the best way there. I hope to talk to you soon!
I love clients who are curious about themselves and their relationships and are just looking for a safe place to talk. I bring much the same warmth, humor, and energy to my work that I do to my friendships. I'll remember your birthday and the name of the pet you had growing up, and the fact that you were anxious about that text you got last week. If you're anxious about therapy, or have had a bad experience in the past, that's a great place to start, and if you're ready to dive in, we can do that too.
