I am so glad you stopped by! I am eager to work with college students, like yourself, and have a background in working with both undergrad and grad students in the Dallas area. In therapy, I offer a safe and confidential relationship, where you can hope to gain self-esteem, relevant skills, and personal strength, learning to more fully trust yourself and others. A great deal of my clients are wrestling with depression, anxiety, and self-worth due to family/childhood issues and relational struggles that tend to become more apparent once they have entered college. Together, we dig into these hard conversations and I help you relate differently to anxiety, pain, fear, and sadness, while also coming alongside you in creating the life you desire.

Finding a therapist you connect with is an important aspect of effective therapy. I will serve you with respect and empathy while encouraging you in your personal journey of growth. I am both honored and committed to meeting you where you are, learning where you want to go, and helping you find the best way there.

I hope to talk to you soon!
