Monique Aviles
Hi there!
College can be exciting, messy, overwhelming, and everything in between—and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My practice is a space where you can show up as your full self—no code-switching, no shrinking, no pretending.
I center students who’ve felt “othered,” whether that’s because of race, gender identity, sexuality, or just not fitting into the mold of what college “should” look like. As a queer, Black provider, I understand how hard it can be to find support that gets it, so I bring compassion, honesty, and a real understanding of the unique challenges BIPOC and LGBTQ+ students face.
Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, stress, or just trying to make it through the semester, I’m here to hold space for all of it. Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and never one-size-fits-all—because you deserve care that sees you.
You belong here.
