Healing from trauma is not easy. And I don't believe sugarcoating how difficult this process may be, is beneficial to anyone. I also know picking the right therapist for this process may be difficult. Which is why I encourage having a free phone consultation. I'm excited that you have begun this process of healing, and look forward to playing a role in your journey. I have been working with survivors of trauma for the last 6 years. I've specialized in working with survivors of sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, intimate partner violence and abuse. I have seen how traumatic experiences such as these can have a lifelong impact on an individual. My goal is to integrate mind, body, and spirit to facilitate healing. We will utilize animals, mindfulness, movement, art, and music throughout your healing process - along with EMDR, CBT, ACT, and parts/inner child work. I recognize that each client has individual needs and goals. So we will create a customized treatment plan with your goals, to review often, and ensure we are meeting your desired healing and growth. Starting therapy is a brave step, and it’s one I deeply honor. Whether you're navigating a life transition, experiencing relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a warm and collaborative space to explore what’s beneath the surface—with curiosity, care, and a sense of purpose. I specialize in working with couples who are feeling disconnected, frustrated, or trapped in recurring patterns. I also enjoy working with individuals and teens navigating life’s inevitable changes—whether that’s a shift in identity, career, loss, or relational challenges. My therapeutic style is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll explore how early life experiences may still be shaping your present relationships and patterns. I hold a B.A in Psychology with a minor in Family Relations, which fueled my passion in understanding human development, relational dynamics and systems that influence who we become. Originally from the Bay Area, I made Reno my home a few years ago. When not in session, you can find me with my American Bully enjoying nature, exploring new food, or collecting vinyl records as I love music. If you’re ready to start exploring what’s holding you back and how to move forward with clarity and connection, I would be honored to work with you.
