Hi, thanks so much for taking an interest in my practice. It takes great courage and awareness to come to the decision to reach out for support. I see clients in my office in Cambridge, MA, near Davis Square, and in Melrose, MA, as well as by teletherapy/videochat. I specialize in helping people to free themselves from the 'silent conversation' that we have with ourselves throughout the day. By understanding how this conversation influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions, it is possible to adapt it to feel more empowered in life. It is my hope that your therapy experience will feel comforting, meaningful, real, and effective in getting to the heart of your core concerns. I work from an integrative framework in a warm and interactive environment, drawing from holistic, cognitive, and psychodynamic influences to help people to reclaim a sense of choice and authorship in their lives. My background includes more than 25 years in clinical healthcare, school, and community settings working therapeutically with individuals, couples, and groups on a wide-range of issues causing acute and chronic distress. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Reiki Master offering virtual therapy, specializing in spirituality, self-esteem, existential challenges, and life transitions. As a Reiki Master, I'm very attuned to clients' energy during sessions and support clients with connecting to their intuition as well as their mind-body connection. During our time together we will look to your emotions and your thoughts and see the wisdom that lies there. We’ll listen and hold curiosity for the guidance that is within. I will support you in looking at deep rooted patterns, limiting beliefs and stuck points. I’ll stand by your side as we create a plan together for change and explore the old stories that are ready to be released and transmuted. Together we will support and strengthen your inner voice and honor who you are at soul level. It's my belief that we all posses everything we need within ourselves to heal and create change. You are the true expert on you, and there is a part of you and an inherent guidance system that is just waiting to be heard and seen. You are so deserving of this space and I’m SO glad that you’re here. Reach out, I'd love to support you.
I specialize in substance use disorders and addiction but can help anyone looking to address their relationship with substances, even if you don't think your problem is serious. I also can help with other impulse or compulsive issues such as gaming or internet addiction disorders. I use a Harm Reduction approach, meaning I don't think abstinence from use is the right answer for everyone, and can help identify what skills you need to make the changes you'd like to make. I'm also a trained trauma therapist and have worked with a wide range of clients on addressing numerous types of trauma including combat-related and sexual traumas. My office is located in Harvard Square but I can also provide virtual session (over FaceTime or VSee) for appropriate clients.

Hi, I'm Julie Dunne PhD, PMHNP. I am a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston College, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a registered yoga teacher. At Drishti Holistic Wellness, I specialize in providing mindful mental health services, including prescribing psychiatric medications and using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). If you’ve been finding yourself stuck in old patterns that you cannot change, perhaps struggling with feelings of inadequacy or fear of failure, you’ve come to the right place. The constant doubting and shaming of a strong inner critic can prevent us from entering new relationships, pursuing our interests and goals, and convince us that it’s not safe to allow anyone to get to know our true selves. Choosing to confront these themes in therapy takes courage and vulnerability, and represents the first step in a decision to prioritize your mental health. I will work with you to explore the themes that brought you to therapy, and develop the self-compassion to show up more authentically in your life. My therapeutic style is compassionate, sometimes humorous, and client-led. I center my work around Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, and I often pull from relational or psychodynamic modalities as well. I work with adolescents and adults of all backgrounds, and I specialize in working with those who identify as athletes or performers (musicians, actors, dancers, etc.) If you’re interested in starting therapy to address some of those old patterns or painful feelings, I hope you’ll take the time to consider if we would work well together.
The universal human need and desire to seek and attain healthy relationships, joy, purpose, acceptance, peace, love, fearlessness (the list goes on...) is a journey that should not be traveled alone. As your therapist, we would like to offer you the ability to have a second set of footsteps traveling along with you as you explore, accept, challenge, change, heal and cope with the unexpected directions life has and will inevitably take you. We work as individual and couples therapists with all populations and we presently focus our practice on young adults and young working professionals. Our practice specializes in supporting individuals with anxiety and mood concerns, helping navigate and improve intimate and family relationships, guiding through major life transitions, and caring for those suffering from issues rooted in systemic racial oppression, socioeconomic barriers, LGBTQIA+ concerns, cultural/spiritual differences, and more. During our initial phone and/or email consultation, we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our therapy style (ACT, Solution Focused, CBT, Narrative, Buddhist Philosophy etc.), payment, health insurance and more!
Happiness, a state of being that is unaffected by external circumstances. I am a clinical social worker and a Life Coach in training and am certified in Emotional Intelligence Coaching. As your personal Life Coach, I will work with you to gain clarity about what you really want out of, and in, your own life. We will work together to define your dreams, hopes, and desires and establish a plan to help you achieve your goals. You will come to live a life of freedom and empowerment. Many come seeking guidance when struggling with grief, sadness, loss, parenting issues, eating disorders, relationships, coming out and transitioning, ACOA issues, career and job transition, and many other issues. I also provide surgical consultations and letters for gender affirming surgeries.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by stress, grief, shame, or old patterns that they cannot seem to break. In our sessions you will have room to slow down, reflect, and release the weight of what you have been carrying. We aim to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the life you want, both personally and professionally. We are a group practice led by Rebecca, an LICSW, and Julianne, an LMHC, offering Tuesday and Friday telehealth appointments with the goal of providing accessible, supportive therapy for all patients. If you are ready to begin this process, we are here to support you. Our work is grounded in cognitive behavioral and trauma informed approaches. This means we focus on helping you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences interact, and how you can develop practical tools to cope with what you are going through. We work with adults, and welcome anyone seeking support for depression, trauma, grief, stress, or life changes. Whether challenges are longstanding or new, you do not have to face them alone.
I am certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. In this approach, we get to know the different parts of you — the ones that may overfunction, strive for perfection, people-please, worry, or carry painful emotions. Rather than judging those parts, we learn to understand them with curiosity and compassion. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening internally, and help your system feel more balanced and connected. If faith or spirituality is important to you, we can absolutely incorporate that into our sessions. And if it’s not, that’s perfectly okay too.
Reaching out for help in therapy can be a difficult decision. It can also be the first step in meeting your life’s goals and resolving many issues and conflicts that occurs in daily life. With almost 20 years of working in Mental Health, I provide a warm collaborative therapeutic environment to help cope with common life stressors, depression, anxiety, academic/ job related stress, addiction, and trauma. I work with people from many different backgrounds. I view therapy as a safe space where you can openly discuss life’s issues without judgement.
I believe therapy is based off a cooperative relationship between the therapist and client working together towards what you find important. Many events throughout the course of our lives shape and mold us; These life experiences and lessons can have a huge impact on our relationships with others and ourselves that leaves us feeling stuck or dissatisfied. I have over 8 years of experience working in clinics and community based service settings; I currently work primarily with adults with significant experience in relationship issues, career, self-esteem, trauma and abuse, stress, anxiety and depression. Through focused listening, non-judgmental encouragement, and safe self-exploration tailored to your specific needs, I can help you to succeed in using your strengths to overcome the obstacles in the way of your specific needs and wants. Additionally, you'll learn valuable skills to better manage your stress levels and effectively communicate with loved ones. Everyone can benefit from engaging in therapy. If you are ready to take this next step, then I am here to support, encourage, and empower you to be the best you can be! I look forward to working with you!
Welcome! I am a dual Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (psychiatry mental health and Family medicine) I began my career as a Cardiac Intensive Care nurse at a major teaching hospital in New York City. I have 35+ years of experience in nursing and a wealth of experience in almost all areas of mental health. I manage and treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar illness. Whether you are interested in finding a medication prescriber who can continue a treatment regimen that is already working well or seeking psychiatric services for the first time, I am excited to work with you to achieve your goals. Many people struggle alone for months or years with symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, or other mental health problems. Reaching out for help is a crucial, courageous first step to improving mental wellness. In my practice, I prescribe medications to treat your symptoms when appropriate and safe. Although, I never solely rely on psychiatric medications as a complete fix. I utilize other treatment modalities as well (nutrition modification, sleep hygiene, and physical fitness). The Mind-Body connection is at the core of my treatment plan. I draw from my extensive background in internal medicine and years of psychiatric experience to inform my treatment decisions. We can work together to improve your quality of life. Please email me if you are interested in scheduling an intake appointment.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or moving through a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion, whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it. My approach is warm, relational, and psychodynamic at its core, meaning we’ll look at how your past shapes the way you think, feel, and connect today. I also integrate practical tools from CBT and DBT to help manage anxiety, depression, and everyday stress, and use mindfulness to support grounding and emotional awareness. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals as well as women experiencing anxiety and/or depression. Together, we’ll build a space for reflection, resilience, and meaningful change—at your pace, and with care.
I work exclusively with females in college with a specialization in anxiety, depression, adjustment to college and low self esteem. This is a safe space to process antisemitism on college campuses.

College can be an overwhelming time, and together we can address issues that are affecting your academics, social life, and personal experiences. My clients are often navigating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or chronic illness. I have extensive experience with LGBTQ+ folks. Some issues include persistent anxiety or panic attacks, depression affecting motivation, and mood instability. I provide a safe, affirming space, coping strategies for stress, and support in embracing identity. We can address goals of greater emotional stability, self-acceptance, building resilience and connections, and balancing academic work with personal challenges.
Are you tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you have to “keep it together” all the time? I support individuals who are often high-achieving or driven but find themselves feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward, especially during times of transition or uncertainty. As a Mental Health Clinician with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into the therapeutic space. My work is grounded in supporting clients as they reconnect with themselves, navigate pressure, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. I tailor our work to honor the complexity of who you are, including your identities, experiences, and the systems that shape you. As a bi-racial woman, I understand how traditional models of therapy can overlook marginalized voices. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and safe enough to explore, grow, and heal at your own pace. Whether you’re exploring identity, managing stress, processing past experiences, or simply seeking a space to rest and reflect, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing. Together, we’ll explore what growth looks like for you.

I foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapy space to ensure that my clients are able to share their experiences in confidence. With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, I am committed to supporting my clients as they cope with changes in mood, life transitions, and/or substance use. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and my approach is warm, yet direct, with the intent to guide you to identify and meet your goals. You don't have to do this alone. I have weekday and evening session availability via telehealth. I am happy to answer any questions that you have about the therapy process to help you feel more comfortable. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
