Brittany Sequino
Welcome! I am currently accepting new clients. Do you feel like you are just going through the motions to get through each day? Are you depressed, anxious, or losing hope that things will get better? If you are looking to create a life that you are able to enjoy again, let's chat. I foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapy space to ensure that my clients are able to share their experiences in confidence.
With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, I am committed to supporting my clients as they cope with changes in mood, life transitions, and/or substance use. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and my approach is warm, yet direct, with the intent to guide you to identify and meet your goals.
You don't have to do this alone. I have weekday and evening session availability via telehealth. I am happy to answer any questions that you have about the therapy process to help you feel more comfortable. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
