I am a licensed clinician in Massachusetts with experience helping young adults and adults from diverse backgrounds. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I take my time getting to know you without judgment. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression and stress in addition those who might be struggling with self-esteem and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink communities. My approach is trauma-informed, person centered, and incorporates aspects of motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I tailor my approach to your specific needs, and welcome any feedback to best serve you. Taking the step to talk to someone can be difficult, and I aim for my clients to feel heard and respected. This is your journey, and I’m here to support you in a way that works for you.

Hi there! I am a CBT trained therapist with extensive experience in effective treatment strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to determine what is working well for them and what may need to be adjusted to live a life of emotional well-being and relational satisfaction. If you are unsure of your goal, I will be there to help identify your goals. I believe in the power of therapy to help people heal and grow. I have a special place in my heart to work with individuals who experienced trauma in their life. I truly find it rewarding to be invited in the journey to process the traumatic experiences and to create the meaning. I'm passionate about working with college students who are finding life to be overwhelming and exhausting. Maybe you're heartbroken over loss, burdened with guilt, feeling you'll never be good enough, are scared, or at wits' end. Or maybe something happened to you, and it sticks with you giving you no rest. When we feel this way, we tend to isolate, berate ourselves, and spiral in our thinking or distract ourselves from these debilitating feelings. You're not alone. These feelings and responses are common, and there are evidence-based treatments to help you make sense of your concerns, take good care of yourself, and take your next steps. My main approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) while also building a warm, therapeutic relationship. I'm also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma. That said, therapy is collaborative. You are the expert on yourself, and I will work with you to find the approach that best suits you. My goal is to help you not only feel better but to grow in ways that make a healthier life both possible and sustainable. Many people feel hesitant about starting therapy. Growth can be a challenging road—I hope to meet you on that road, and help with your journey.

Hello, some of my strengths include identifying and cultivating strengths in others, giving language to complex feelings, detangling complex issues and finding paths to wholeness. My goal in therapy is to support others to reach their personal goals and even help them identify what those may be if they are unsure. My ideal Patient is motivated to change and open to trying various techniques. I'm dual licensed in the States of Massachusetts and Illinois and provide only Teletherapy. I've been in clinical practice since 2013, yet have 20 years of experience through mentoring young adults. One of my strongest areas of expertise is healing from trauma, of all kinds. What I often find in practice are Patients unaware of neglect and abandonment that they have lived through. I support Patients in identifying pain, creating space to grieve and heal, and creating a new way to experience life alive.

I believe therapy can make a profound, positive impact, helping you heal and becoming the best version of yourself. My approach is collaborative—getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and working together to create treatment goals that improve your mental health. I support clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, prenatal and postpartum depression, and substance use. I also work with clients around racial and immigrant identity, and life transitions in young adulthood. In our sessions, I provide a safe, inclusive space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I’m a social person who enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring creativity through stand-up comedy and improv. My warmth and humor help create a relaxed environment where you can feel at ease while we work through your challenges. If you often hold your feelings in, struggle to find someone to talk to, or cope with trauma through unhealthy habits like substance use, now may be the time to seek help. Therapy is a sign of strength, not weakness—taking the first step toward healing is brave and empowering, and I’m here to support you in becoming a happier, healthier version of yourself.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing virtual therapy, bringing over fifteen years of experience in diverse settings, including outpatient care (both in-person and virtual), middle schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential programs, Section 35 commitment facilities, and emergency psychiatric assessments in various environments. I have had the privilege of counseling individuals across the gender spectrum—from ages ten to eighty—addressing a wide range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, adjustment disorders, substance use, co-occurring disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and psychotic disorders. My approach to therapy is collaborative and interactive, grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. While I bring extensive training and experience in a variety of evidence-based treatment models, I recognize that true progress comes from a strong and trusting connection between therapist and client. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I strive to help my clients deepen their self-awareness, cultivate positive self-regard, and develop a sense of balance within themselves and their lives. I view therapy as a partnership—one in which we work together to identify and shift harmful patterns, fostering healthier ways of coping and communicating. Through this process, we explore the experiences that have shaped who you are, creating space for growth and transformation. My therapeutic style is eclectic, incorporating psychodynamic principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. My clients will often give me feedback they feel genuinely cared for in our therapeutic relationship. Often, clients will report that they were able to connect with me quickly and expressed surprise that they opened up as much to me, sometimes stating “that’s the first time I’ve ever told anybody that”. Though our work can be challenging, we work at a pace you are comfortable with and I will respect your boundaries.

Sometimes we don’t have anyway of knowing what we’ve been through until it’s over. Recognizing things that were harmful to us sometimes cannot happen until we are no longer in survival mode. Dealing with overwhelming thoughts, depression, anxiety, or the overwhelming emotions that can come in waves is a significant thing to have to handle. This can lead to people struggling to handle life, and even consider ending it. At Inverted Dawn, we specifically work with people who’ve reached that point where things have gotten so bad, nothing seems to make sense anymore. What we offer is a supportive, non-judgmental approach to help explore where you are at, how you’ve been coping with it, and what a tomorrow that is worth living for would truly look like.

I work from a relational model and primarily use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and elements of internal family systems (IFS).
