Psychologist, PsyD
Accepting clients Last Updated 6 days ago

My name is Rebekah, and I work with young adults seeking insight and change who are willing to explore the barriers getting in the way of living the life they want to live. If you are seeking more authenticity and flexibility in your life and want freedom from symptoms holding you back, I can help.

I have over a decade of experience working with college students, including time at University of Pittsburgh, Boston College, and MIT.

My approach values the interconnection of mind and body, as well as the profound impact of past relationships on present functioning. Through insight building, self-compassion, and emotion regulation, we work toward sustainable behavior change that fosters a life of purpose and meaning.

As a therapist, I take an accepting and curious stance aimed at providing you with empathy and empowerment. My work is rooted in appreciation for self-determination and deep respect for the unique identities you bring to the room.

I offer telehealth services and in-person appointments at my office in Catskill, NY. I look forward to connecting!
