Hi there! I am a CBT trained therapist with extensive experience in effective treatment strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to determine what is working well for them and what may need to be adjusted to live a life of emotional well-being and relational satisfaction. If you are unsure of your goal, I will be there to help identify your goals. I believe in the power of therapy to help people heal and grow. I have a special place in my heart to work with individuals who experienced trauma in their life. I truly find it rewarding to be invited in the journey to process the traumatic experiences and to create the meaning.

After experiencing multiple parts of the world and meeting with people from diverse backgrounds, I have naturally developed cultural sensitivity. It truly helps me stay open-minded and nonjudgmental. With my concentrated CBT training and a touch of mindfulness, you will learn to pursue a balanced lifestyle and happiness with a healthy life perspective.

Please feel free to explore my website to learn more about me and the services I provide. I pride myself in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship while working towards goals that are important to you! It has been truly my honor to witness the amazing journey of my clients to build the life they work toward.
