Hi! My main goal is always to help my clients to help themselves, so you feel empowered to embrace stress and change as it comes. With experience working in an eating disorder hospital and 7 years working as a therapist in the Athletic Depts at UT Austin and CU Boulder, I've been involved with supporting my clients through the life challenges that high schoolers, young adults, and adults face for my entire professional career. I am EMDR certified and use this to treat trauma, eating disorders, chronic pain, urges in addiction/EDs, and sport performance (both positive reinforcement as well as treating mental blocks). I particularly enjoy teaching tools for navigating anxiety and depressive symptoms, helping to make peace with body image, and supporting mental performance for sport. I also have a passion for supporting perfectionists to expand their view of themselves and learn to release a little of the control that is actually controlling them!

School can be some of the most rewarding years of your life but they can also be overwhelming. Between classes, internships, work, relationships, family expectations, finances, and figuring out who you are and where you're headed, sometimes it's good to have some extra support. Therapy gives you a place to talk openly about what's going on, without judgment. Whether you're feeling anxious, stressed, burned out, stuck, lonely, or simply trying to make sense of a major life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with college and graduate students on concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity exploration, gender identity, academic stress, life transitions, binge eating, and body image. Many of my clients are also learning how to manage life on their own for the first time and are discovering that no one ever really taught them how to handle the emotional side of money. As a Certified Financial Social Worker, I can help you develop a healthier relationship with money, spending, debt, budgeting, and financial decision-making. Together, we can explore both the practical and emotional aspects of financial wellness so you feel more confident and in control. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I'll meet you where you are, help you build on your strengths, and offer practical tools along the way. If you're curious about working together, I'd be happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.

Mental Health Therapist | Kansas Hi there, I'm Holly. I work with college and grad students who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or quietly struggling - even if it looks like they have it together. Between classes, work, relationships, money stress, and expectations from everyone else, it’s easy to feel exhausted and stuck. I support students dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, academic stress, and emotionally draining environments. A lot of my clients are high-achieving, self-aware, and tired of pushing through on empty. Therapy with me is real, relaxed, and supportive. No judgment, no forced positivity, and no pressure to have everything figured out. We can meet virtually or in-person. We’ll focus on practical tools, understanding what’s actually going on for you, and making things feel more manageable day to day. You don’t have to do this alone.

For the past 20 years, my clinical focus has been helping people ages 10 and up who have identified depression, anxiety, life transitions and family issues as sources of stress in their life that they wish to work through. My clients come to me to reduce/eliminate their symptoms and regain their own definition of ideal functioning. I also support my clients through difficult life transitions and/or family issues. I am known in my community for working with adolescents and young adults at Purdue University.

You can’t change what you aren’t aware of, and it’s hard to notice what’s keeping you stuck when you’re in the middle of it. Maybe it's anxiety that doesn’t let up, the weight of a relationship ending, conflict in your family, or patterns you don’t fully understand but keep repeating that can leave you drained and unsure of what comes next. Together, we'll make sense of these struggles and create a path toward healing and clarity. I use approaches that help you notice patterns, understand how your experiences and relationships shape the present, and separate yourself from unhelpful stories. We’ll build coping skills and practice new ways of responding. I draw on research and evidence-based practices while keeping the work centered on what matters most to you. Sometimes you sense that something needs to shift, but the way forward isn’t clear. Reaching out can be the first step in making that change feel possible. You don’t have to go through this alone, and I’d be honored to support you.

With over 20 years of experience, Stacy seamlessly blends the rich traditions of therapy with innovative techniques. As a Clinical Social Worker, her advanced credentials in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental Emotional Release® (MER), and Hypnosis mark her as a leading Change Navigator™, especially for college students navigating significant life transitions. Stacy holds a powerful belief: each individual, especially during their transformative college years, has the capability to 'reprogram' their mind, much like software updates. This conviction, shaped by countless student interactions, showcases the adaptability and resilience inherent in young adults. Stacy delves deep, identifying old mindsets and behaviors, which often take root during early years, and can impact academic performance and emotional wellbeing. Her approach is a harmonious fusion of science and empathy. By combining the communication skills of NLP, the emotional release of MER, and the transformative states of Hypnosis, Stacy offers students a holistic therapeutic journey. While she employs time-tested methods, she also ensures her strategies remain current and relatable. Many of the students Stacy connects with share common experiences: they are navigating the challenges of young adulthood, adjusting to college life, and aiming to define their future paths. She sees therapy, coaching, and consulting as interlinked, allowing her to tailor her interventions to each student's unique story. Stacy believes in collaboration; students set their course, and she serves as their trusted guide. Together, they work to ensure that every student embarks on a journey of discovery, resilience, and positive transformation.

I provide trauma‑informed, neurodivergent‑affirming therapy for adults navigating complex life experiences, chronic stress, and patterns that feel hard to shift alone. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in nervous‑system awareness. Together, we slow things down, build clarity, and develop real‑world strategies that help life feel more manageable. Clients often come to me when they’re overwhelmed, masking, stuck in survival mode, or carrying long‑standing trauma that still shapes their daily functioning. I work at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your autonomy, offering steady support while helping you strengthen regulation, boundaries, and self‑trust. My style is warm, direct, and deeply validating. I integrate evidence‑based tools with an understanding of how trauma, neurodivergence, and systemic barriers impact functioning. Sessions focus on building skills you can actually use — not just insight, but practical steps that support meaningful, sustainable change. If you’re looking for a therapist who understands complexity, honors your lived experience, and works with you to create a life that feels more grounded and possible, I’m here to help.
