I am a cognitive behavioral therapist; I strive to create a warm and inviting environment while helping clients to explore any patterns of functioning that may have limited them from achieving success and happiness. I find that collaborating with my clients to create their treatment goals is one of the keys to helping each individual grow emotionally and physically happier and healthier. My clients take active roles in their own journey toward a better tomorrow. I have also received training from PostPartum Support International in Maternal Mental Health.
At MindWell, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care that respects each individual's unique journey. We believe in everyone's ability to grow and adapt, and we strive to support our clients in building a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Hello, I help people with gaining clarity and understanding of themselves, their future, purpose, and meaning. Additionally, I can be helpful dealing with challenges in the present that get in the way of getting where you want to go. Sometimes it can be difficult to connect with our brigheness or gold and it takes an exploration of what is dark or shadowy in our lives or in ourselves to get to a place where we can shine once again. I have experience with this as well. Please reach out to ask any questions or find out more about what I have to offer.

I believe that the therapeutic journey begins with being able to allow yourself to move though what may be at times an uncomfortable experience to work towards positive long-lasting changes. Through exploring the different parts of yourself we can work to create a healthier whole version of you. With over 15 years of experience working with clients who have experienced relationship and sexual trauma, adjustment challenges, compulsive behaviors, anxiety and depression. I have extensive experience specifically working with the college aged population.
I provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore challenges you’re facing, discover what matters most to you, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re navigating stress, relationship difficulties, uncertainty about the future, or just seeking personal growth. I believe in your resilience and capacity for healing, and I’m here to help you align your life with your values and goals. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you on your journey.
I operate under the assumption that every human wakes up each day and does the best job they know how to do. By creating an environment of safety and unconditional positive regard, my hope is for you to stop just surviving the day-to-day and start living. I believe firmly in the healing experience of coming to therapy and feeling seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are. Together we will journey towards authenticity, self-identified goals, and deconstructing painful narratives and patterns, all while firmly maintaining self-compassion. I graduated from St. John Fisher with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with a vast range of individuals throughout my career, including but not limited to college students, survivors of sexual harassment and abuse, and marginalized identities. I have experience working with addiction, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjusting to life transitions, interpersonal violence, guilt and shame, suicidal ideation, and personality disorders. I have formal training in Polyvagal Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. And while I am confident in utilizing these evidence-based interventions in my clinical work, I also firmly believe in the healing power of two individuals holding space together and creating safety, which will be the foundation of every session. Together we can explore who you truly are rather than who the world tells you you should be and push back on the internalized systems that keep us trapped in spirals of shame and pain. It would be an honor to share this journey with you.

I believe we have a natural tendency toward growth, striving to feel more fully ourselves. Sometimes that vitality gets disrupted, leaving you feeling depressed (as though nothing will change) or anxious (afraid things will only get worse). You may sense life could be different, but feel stuck without a clear path to follow. Psychotherapy can help you understand how and why these struggles developed and discover a new path toward feeling better. With over 25 years experience and advanced training, I provide a warm and confidential space where you can explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and take steps toward deeper satisfaction and emotional security.

I work with you to not just understand what's going on, but also to develop tools to help. Tools to stop panic attacks, tools to manage depression, tools to get organized and figure out what you want in life. We work together to see what works reliably for you. In addition to talking things through, in session and between sessions sometimes you might be writing, sometimes trying a challenging behavior change, sometimes engaging in mindfulness, and sometimes using visualizations. My aim is for you to feel better, and to know what to do to keep feeling better or help yourself if problems resurface. And I try to work efficiently with you, so you are back to your life (and ending therapy) as soon as makes sense for you. Give me a call to set up an initial (free) conversation, at 303-870-9195.

Rebecca is a counseling intern who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their stories and identities. As an Asian American woman and adoptee, she understands how deeply identity, belonging, and cultural context shape people’s lives. Her own journey has given her both compassion and insight into the challenges of navigating transitions, healing from loss, and building a strong sense of self. These experiences guide the way she shows up as a therapist, with openness, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique story. She is particularly committed to working with clients exploring identity, cultural-related experiences, or significant life transitions. She also supports Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) individuals, holding space for the layered experiences of culture, family, and generational dynamics. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being fully themselves, open, honest, and truly seen. Rebecca’s approach is compassionate and client-centered, drawing from person-centered, narrative, and mindfulness-based practices, as well as elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and multicultural frameworks. She believes therapy is not about “fixing” someone, but about helping clients reconnect with their voice, values, and inner resources. Together, she works with clients to explore what matters most and foster a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and connection. You can self-schedule a free consultation at ccservices.janeapp.com.
