I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds to address their presenting symptoms, as well as explore the underlying roots of these symptoms to establish long-term benefits. I believe therapy is most effective when there is a trusting and open therapeutic relationship, so we will work together to identify a meaningful approach to your care. I’m experienced in working with culturally diverse and LGBTQ populations. Prior to earning my degree in counseling, I worked with LGBTQ youth and young adults in the Boston community at a nonprofit organization dedicated to health education. Please email me to schedule a consultation appointment. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. My approach to therapy is unique, in that I can help you achieve answers faster to what has been blocking you, build the life you desire, and redefine yourself using a holistic approach. We will do this together by finding root causes to your symptoms using a comprehensive assessment questionnaire, attachment theory, and evidence-based mind-body approaches; that include meditation and somatic practices. I help my patients transform their lives, reach their goals, and achieve lasting results by providing high quality care. My intent is to address the challenges you are struggling with in connection to your symptoms and help bring awareness on how these symptoms are connected to limiting beliefs, subconscious programming, and/or trauma; that created a life that no longer aligns with who you are today and where you want to be. I value treating the whole-person. As we walk through this journey together, my hope for you, is to find fulfillment within yourself, healthier relationships, healing, and post-traumatic growth. I am accepting new patients at this time and have helped hundreds of people achieve the life they seek throughout seventeen years of work experience in the mental health profession. <script src="https://thrivingcampus.com/verified.js?pid=34863"></script>

You might seem like you’re holding it all together, but inside feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Many high-achieving students carry the weight of expectations from family, culture, and society. That pressure can leave you exhausted, unsure of yourself, and out of touch with your own needs. I create space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and other historically marginalized students to slow down and be known, accepted, and supported as their full selves. I help students work through identity questions, relationship concerns, stress, burnout, imposter feelings, and the impact of trauma. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. You’ll have space to explore the deeper roots of what you're carrying while also building real-world tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and connected. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Working with me means having a steady, supportive space where you can be real, ask hard questions, and grow at your own pace. We’ll focus on what matters most to you while exploring who you are and what you need to feel more whole. I offer virtual sessions for students anywhere in Massachusetts and would be honored to support you as you move through this next chapter. I provide therapy through Intersect Clinical Services, a preferred provider for Boston-area students. We accept UHC StudentResources and Aetna Student Health with minimal or no out-of-pocket costs.
I provide daytime virtual appointments to adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, and other co-occurring, diagnoses. You’d be a good fit for my practice if you are feeling sad, isolated, stressed, concerned for your mental health, or otherwise overwhelmed with daily life. I will welcome you to a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to be yourself and speak openly. Together, we’ll take a closer look at what you’re going through, gain perspective, identify manageable goals, and take steps towards meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices to help you progress. Most of my clients report gradual yet meaningful improvements, and decreased mental health symptoms within 30 days. ** Telehealth and In-Person appointments.** We all long for our experiences, feelings, and needs to be seen, recognized, and honored. I bring to our work deep respect for your concerns and suffering. I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work together which I approach with curiosity and empathy. I am humbled by the complexity of human existence and feel honored to work with individuals from different racial and cultural backgrounds, sexual and gender identities, as well as spiritual and religious affiliations.
