Do you identify as gender diverse (transgender, non-binary, gender queer, etc)? Are currently questioning or discovering your gender and/or needing a referral letter for medical transition steps? Jack Garner, LCSW is a licensed clinical therapist in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Illinois and is a member of WPATH. Their practice is offered online where they provide individual counseling and coaching as well as referral letters for medical transition steps, such as HRT and surgeries (Note, all WPATH referral letters are provided under the informed consent model - meaning NO gate-keeping practices and it takes just one session to obtain your letter). I identify as gender diverse (AFAB, Non-Binary, Transmasc), which allows me to have a unique understanding, both personal and professional, that is not often found in the therapy world. I am passionate about serving our community and understand what it is like to question your gender, experience dysphoria, and take medical transition steps. If you are looking for a therapist who truly understands you and has 'been there' themselves - I am here for you! I look forward to meeting you and will absolutely consider it my honor to assist you in discovering and/or furthering your path to authenticity, wholeness, and joy. You are trying to hold it all together, but just can’t take it anymore. You’ve hit your breaking point and don’t know what to do. Self-doubt, over-thinking everything, questioning what will make you happy. It seems like everyone else has it figured out, but you can't get it together. This is supposed to be the best time of your life, but you can't seem to enjoy it, and you need help. My name is Jennifer Branstetter, and I help students who are struggling and overwhelmed with their mental health. It might be hard to keep up with school, and maybe this is the first time you've ever struggled academically and you're wondering if something's wrong with you. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, or ADHD symptoms can interfere with forming friendships or having the "college experience" and maybe you're questioning if you made the right school choice. Maybe you aren't connecting socially or feel like you fit in. Sometimes the transition to college can be a lot harder than expected, or something like a breakup can throw you for a loop. It's common for students in this situation to feel an immense amount of pressure. Sometimes it feels like you can't talk to anyone else about it. Therapy can be a place to get it all out, figure out what is contributing to the problem, and come up with a plan to get better. It's time to get some support. You don't have to do this alone. My practice has been virtual since 2018 from my home office in Southeast Indiana, outside of Cincinnati. I see people in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. If you have a therapist at home, I'd be happy to connect with them to make the transition easier, and stay on the same page if you see them on breaks. I can also help connect you with on-campus resources or medication providers if needed. Reach out to schedule a call to see if we're a good fit.
I'm Chelsea Horn, owner and founder of Wild Haven Counseling. I’ve been practicing as a licensed mental health counselor since 2018. My passion lies in helping adults and college students navigate life transitions, develop strengths, and find meaning and purpose. I’m skilled in treating anxiety, perfectionism, imposter feelings and self-doubt, depression, binge eating, and body image issues. In the therapy room, I combine evidence-based practices with a touch of humor and humanity. I see therapy as a space where the focus is entirely on you, where you can reflect on your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover what brings you joy and fulfillment. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for real change. My style is collaborative and conversational; I offer input and perspective, but I also recognize that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll identify goals that feel meaningful to you. I often encourage clients to practice new skills outside of sessions, which helps build confidence and momentum in daily life. I also take a holistic approach to mental health, considering how emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being all connect. My philosophy centers on pursuing wholeness over perfection. Growth isn’t about getting everything right, it’s about showing up for yourself, learning along the way, and taking that first step toward change.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings, and I would love an opportunity to walk beside you as you navigate the difficult times on the path to your future happiness.

The mission of Restore & Recover is to provide confidential and person-specific therapy to those struggling with a variety of issues that modern life brings. Since 1999, I have been working in the social services field. During the past 25 years, mental health and addictions treatment has changed dramatically. This has taught me that there is no "One Size Fits All" treatment style. After receiving my Masters degree from Indiana University in 2006, I was given the opportunity to work in one of Indianapolis' inner city hospitals. I have always accredited this time in my life as being where I truly learned how to be a therapist. After time spent there, I moved into a more specialized role in addictions treatment. As well as a leadership role in Hamilton County with a local community mental health agency and then moved into my private practice career. I am not the most traditional therapist. I am laid back while also direct. My hope is that when you enter my office you feel at-home, having a comfortable chat with a friend while receiving the benefits of a skilled clinician. When providing any treatment, but especially substance abuse treatment, I believe strongly that my role is not to tell you what to do, but to help motivate you to make the changes you know you need. I believe that there are many roads that can get us to the destination we desire. I hope to help guide you there as quickly and painlessly as possible. I provide evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, trauma, adjustment disorders, stress management, addictions (including Suboxone maintenance) as well as court-ordered treatment. I have worked with those in the LGBTQ+- community through out entire career. I also provide substance abuse assessments for both court-ordered clients as well as EAP.

I have been working with the college population throughout my career and I am aware of the unique challenges students face. If you feel that you are constantly fighting an upward battle, that no one understands your pain, that you don't know how to get out of "the pit," I am here for you. As an international psychologist trained in counseling and sport psychology, I am especially passionate about working with students of minority identities and student athletes. I also love working with couples regarding all kinds of relationship concerns. I enjoy laughing with my students in therapy, sometimes crying too, and that's okay.

Coming to therapy can be nerve wracking, my goal as your counselor is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you in your therapy goals. I have a passion for working with clients of diverse backgrounds such as sexual, gender, and ethnic minorities. I have experience working with various mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. I have worked with clients within the LGBTQ+ and minority communities for over five years. As a counselor that identifies with multiple minority identities, I understand the importance of finding a counselor that understands your world experiences and lens. I take an eclectic approach to help support unique client needs. I received my master’s degree in counseling psychology at Ball State University with a concentration in rehabilitation counseling. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy to help process emotions. I emphasize open communication, setting healthy boundaries, and confidence building. I am both trauma-informed and culturally informed. I find the most crucial part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. During sessions, I would describe my style as “chill,” supportive, while professional. Humor and light-heartedness, when appropriate, can be therapeutic and beneficial. If this sounds like a style that meets your needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to learn more information. I look forward to connecting with you!
