Biography: I'm a warm, down-to-earth, and open-minded therapist with advanced training in eating disorders, PTSD, and suicide prevention. I also have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and more. I work with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—and tailor therapy to each person's unique needs. My approach blends behavioral, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and interpersonal techniques. With a background that includes private practice and nearly a decade at the VA, I bring both depth and compassion to my work. For the past five years, I’ve been offering telehealth exclusively and have found it to be incredibly effective. Above all, I strive to create a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. List of Services and Telehealth Information: I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am a licensed psychologist in the State of Florida. I hold PSYPACT membership, which means that I am eligible to provide telehealth services to over 41 states and Washington, D.C. All sessions are through telehealth (“virtual”) and are 45-60 minutes in length. I accept insurance plans for therapy and use “Headway” for insurance billing/documentation. My Headway link is: https://care.headway.co/providers/lindsay-sinclair?utm_source=pem&utm_medium=direct_link&utm_campaign=125584 Private pay fees for both individual and family therapy are $175.00. I’ve been providing therapy solely through telehealth for over five years, and I’ve seen firsthand how convenient, effective, and comfortable it can be. I understand that the idea of virtual therapy can feel a bit overwhelming at first—but you’re not alone. I’ll walk you through the process and help troubleshoot any technology issues that come up.

*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!* Are you a young woman with your future ahead of you, anxious of the many unknowns on the road ahead? This is a normal feeling to have when navigating life's many transitions. What if we learn to take control over this anxiety and make it exciting instead? The future is yours and you get to create the path you want for yourself. Roadblocks from your past can be worked through and overcome. (Yes, you have this power within you, your brain is malleable!) We can't stop life from having transitions, but we can learn to grow from whatever shows up on our path, and learn to love ourselves along the way. I'm here to listen to you vent, help you gain insight, and implement effective coping strategies. We can work through your past and create the future you deserve. We're going to keep it real and maybe even have some fun. If talk therapy isn't your jam, I'm also an art therapist. The process of creating art in itself is healing and restorative. You deserve to have someone in your corner, rooting for you. I will be that person, if you let me! Let's set up a time to talk and see if I'm the right person to help you take on the future mindfully and with confidence. I look forward to meeting you.
