Biography:
I'm a warm, down-to-earth, and open-minded therapist with advanced training in eating disorders, PTSD, and suicide prevention. I also have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and more. I work with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—and tailor therapy to each person's unique needs. My approach blends behavioral, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and interpersonal techniques.
With a background that includes private practice and nearly a decade at the VA, I bring both depth and compassion to my work. For the past five years, I’ve been offering telehealth exclusively and have found it to be incredibly effective. Above all, I strive to create a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard.

List of Services and Telehealth Information:
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am a licensed psychologist in the State of Florida. I hold PSYPACT membership, which means that I am eligible to provide telehealth services to over 41 states and Washington, D.C.
All sessions are through telehealth (“virtual”) and are 45-60 minutes in length.
I accept insurance plans for therapy and use “Headway” for insurance billing/documentation.
My Headway link is: https://care.headway.co/providers/lindsay-sinclair?utm_source=pem&utm_medium=direct_link&utm_campaign=125584
Private pay fees for both individual and family therapy are $175.00.
I’ve been providing therapy solely through telehealth for over five years, and I’ve seen firsthand how convenient, effective, and comfortable it can be. I understand that the idea of virtual therapy can feel a bit overwhelming at first—but you’re not alone. I’ll walk you through the process and help troubleshoot any technology issues that come up.
