I work with clients of all ages with issues related to self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a safe space for your fears, vulnerabilities, strengths, and successes. I firmly believe that everyone is the expert of their own life. As your therapist, my job is to get to know and understand you in order to provide support in the areas you are wanting.

With a background in marriage and family therapy, I also have specialized training in working with families and couples. I have a deep understanding of the intricacies and impacts of systems and relationships in all of our lives. Working together, we will identify what is important to you and help you live the life that you envision for yourself.
