Accepting new clients with sliding scale availability! Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected from yourself? Are you trying to gain your footing after a recent life transition but are unsure of how to move forward? Are you curious about how your past is influencing your present? Is your inner critic in overdrive during this season of life, telling you to "stop being so sensitive!" This is where I come in! You don't have to do this alone. Hi! I'm Laura, and I'd be absolutely honored to join you on your journey, serving as your guide (albeit fellow imperfect human being) and confidant. It is my goal to help you feel koselig with yourself, amidst the difficulties of life. Koselig is a Norwegian term used to describe an all-encompassing sense of comfort one experiences when they feel “at home”. Whether you are coping with a life transition, like starting college, moving, relationship issues, or graduating, chances are that stress and anxiety are showing up in your life like never before. You deserve space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, enabling you to feel koselig, both with yourself and others.

I am a believer that we are all interconnected. Our relationships matter most to our wellbeing. And while we are living in a time where we are easily able to connect with one another, we have also never been so isolated and alone. The messages we receive from our greater systems often are at odds with what I know contribute to our wellbeing. Because of that we can often feel stuck, less than, or constantly hustling for “that thing.” We can end up chasing the wrong thing and find ourselves perpetually behind or inadequate. Our culture often places so much emphasis on outcomes, appearance, and external or material things. I sincerely believe that they are often at the root of our unhappiness. We often are doing the thing we think will help us but it ultimately harms us! We are doing it wrong. Together we will explore the often painful and uncomfortable spaces within and work from an Inside-Out approach. In doing so, we find that the storms tend to be more universal, we see our common humanity, we develop more self compassion and compassion and empathy for others. When we are our authentic selves, we become more free and our sessions will include plenty of laughing even as we dive into the parts that feel hard. We were never meant to do this life alone. And yet – so many of us are often sold on false narratives that “it’s just you” or have been invalidated, shamed, or traumatized by oppressive systems on the larger scale or within our own homes. My pride in the work is to help you become your best self, the one who is not merely living, but the one who is truly alive. Feeling it all, skin in the game, open to heartbreak, receptive to joy. Facing our pain is not easy (I know this well!). But I know deeply that when we do the right kind of hard, our efforts are fruitful beyond measure. Let’s face this together.

I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary modality. IFS provides an opportunity to look inside yourself and learn why you do the things you do, think the way you think, and how all the parts of you work together. You will learn how to listen to, and learn from, those nagging voices in your head. Once we start listening and learning, a depth of understanding will occur that allows for healing of wounds and releasing of inaccurate beliefs about yourself.

Hi there! I’m Alex Boyce, a Licensed Professional Counselor—and I’m a firm believer that therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly serious. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from CU Denver in 2015, and I specialize in helping college students and young adults work through the challenges that come with this stage of life—things like anxiety (including that relentless “what if” spiral), stress, perfectionism, OCD, trauma, burnout, emotional ups and downs, and feeling lost or stuck. If your brain ever feels like it’s constantly running in the background or your emotions are all over the place, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. I’m trained in EMDR Therapy for trauma, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention and Inference-Based CBT for OCD and anxiety. Those terms might sound complicated, but I’ll break them down into real, understandable steps that actually help you make sense of what’s going on. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in trust—with plenty of psychoeducation so you can understand why your mind reacts the way it does. Our first sessions are about connection and understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll make a plan that fits your goals—without judgment or pressure. What makes my practice a little different? I mix evidence-based therapy with genuine humor, empathy, and real talk. I’ve spent over a decade helping people move from survival mode to self-acceptance and confidence, and I’ll be there with you through it all—whether that means sitting in the hard stuff, celebrating wins, or laughing about the weird tricks anxiety plays on us. Outside of work, I recharge by doing yoga, hiking Colorado’s trails, paddleboarding, and catching live music when I can. If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself—or figure out who that is—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Life rarely moves in a straight path, and the transitions, pressures, and losses that come with it can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. As a clinical social worker and therapist, helping people navigate the challenges that arise throughout adulthood is work I find deeply meaningful. Whether you're managing the weight of a major life change, working through strained relationships, struggling with work-life balance, facing caregiver stress, or searching for a renewed sense of purpose, you don't have to navigate it alone. These experiences can stir up anxiety, sadness, frustration, guilt, isolation, or hopelessness, and that's exactly where meaningful support can make a difference. Together, we work to transform those challenges into opportunities for growth and a more fulfilling, joyful life. At the heart of effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship, and building that with you is my first priority. Empathy, authenticity, and genuine connection are not just values I hold; they are the foundation of how I show up for every person I work with, because you deserve a space where you feel truly heard and respected, and where open, honest dialogue is always welcomed. As we work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. That might look like broadening perspective, building resilience, practicing self-compassion, or challenging the thoughts that keep you feeling small. Whatever your path forward looks like, my aim is to be a supportive partner dedicated to your healing journey as you reclaim your sense of agency, practice self-compassion, and deepen your connection to yourself and others. My path to becoming a therapist began with a feeling of restlessness after a trial run at retirement. Reflecting on my life, I realized there was still more to give, just as so many had given to me along the way. Throughout my own journey, the attentive listening and encouragement of others kept me hopeful during fearful and uncertain times. Phrases like "this too shall pass," "one day at a time," “don’t borrow worry,” and "to thine own self be true" became anchors when doubt and insecurity crept in. Those experiences shaped my deep belief in the power of being truly heard. Before this chapter, I spent my career in management and leadership roles at innovative medical device companies, guiding diverse teams through change and helping develop products that improved patient access and outcomes. That work taught me the enduring importance of empathy, trusted communication, and adaptability. Those same qualities now live at the center of my therapeutic practice. In my free time, you'll most likely find me soaking up the Colorado sun with family and friends, hiking, skiing, traveling, or simply following wherever curiosity leads

College is like a pressure cooker of compounding transitions. On top of demanding coursework, you are likely navigating the intense world of identity exploration. This can mean a lot of things; from the deeply personal layers of discovering your sexual orientation and gender identity, to simply figuring out who you are as an individual and what you actually want out of romantic and sexual relationships. As a queer therapist, I intimately understand the unique difficulties of navigating these shifts. I have walked this path myself, personally navigating profound changes in my own sexual orientation and gender identity, and I know how isolating it can feel to explore these core parts of yourself while trying to maintain your GPA. It is incredibly common to feel stuck in a major or career track that feels entirely wrong, paralyzed by the fear of starting over. I know that panic firsthand. I spent years working as a software developer before a season of deep introspection and counseling gave me the courage to make a massive pivot. Today, I am in a field I love deeply; one that brings me genuine passion far beyond a paycheck. If you are feeling misaligned with your current path, I offer specialized career counseling to help you cut through the external expectations, decode your true strengths, and confidently identify a professional field that actually fits your authentic self. Whether you are drowning in academic stress, untangling painful relationship patterns, processing trauma, or facing a complete directional pivot, you do not have to figure it out alone. Together, we will address the practical mechanics of stress management while diving deep into the relational dynamics that keep you stuck. I provide an encouraging, explicitly inclusive, and safe space where no topic is too messy or taboo. Your college years can feel incredibly destabilizing, but our work together will help you build the self-trust and clarity needed to step out of survival mode and into a life that is genuinely, authentically your own.

Hi, I am Robbie, a holistic wilderness therapist here to guide you on your personal therapeutic journey. I started rituals as an expression of the sacred process involved in healing. Each step you take towards becoming your best self is something to be honored. Life can be extremely challenging but if we have rituals and assistance along the way, the journey seems more inviting and more alive. Let's face it, we are constantly changing just like nature changes from season to season. If we become more aware of our changes and give them the space for expression, I feel we transition in a way that feels fluid and organic. Working with a therapist takes a lot of courage, I imagine things haven't been easy for you. Maybe it's a big life transition, anxiety that prevents you from taking action, a breakup/divorce, or you're ready for a new career. Having guidance and support can go such a long way in helping you to get to your destination of what you want most for yourself in life. By working with me at Rituals you will begin building a deeper connection with yourself and life all around you. I am here to support you and believe you have all that you need within. May this journey together help you remember your truth and bring you the nourishment to keep growing.

I often work with students who are dealing with anxiety, school stress, family conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations. You might feel like you’re trying to keep everything together while struggling on the inside. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop skills that help you feel more grounded in yourself and supported in life. I also encourage parent coaching sessions to help caregivers learn tools to better support their child’s emotional growth.

When you’re in need of compassionate mental health care, you deserve genuine openness from a therapist who strives to be your advocate at all times. I look forward to being that advocate for you, learning more about who you are as an individual while exploring the ways we can achieve your collaborative goals together. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than a decade of experience, I help adults navigate challenges posed by depressive and anxiety disorders as well as assist with processing and treating trauma and grief that individuals have experienced throughout their lives. My goal is to make in-depth inquiries and connections that get to the root of your struggles and build the skills needed to overcome any obstacle. I'm passionate about helping redefine the past and instilling hope for greater mental wellness. That’s why my method is centered around openness and grounded in the idea that you are not broken and needing to be "fixed." Instead, we use your life experiences to heal and explore the person you would like to be. In our time together, you can expect a kind, casual, and inquisitive environment when exploring your symptoms and history. I operate with a person-centered, Rogerian approach, using the concept of "unconditional positive regard" and a conversational style, so you feel understood in a non-judgmental way and at ease when discussing difficult history. I have served the Denver community as a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in mental health for the majority of my career. During this time, I had the honor of treating a wide number of diagnoses and severities of symptoms across ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic hardships. These experiences taught me just how nuanced mental health care truly is, allowing me to see a person not as "one diagnosis," but to take into account their entire history, relationship dynamics, and values to best tailor treatment, leading to greater well-being. When I’m not in my therapist role, I am a hobbyist woodworker and woodturner. I enjoy building and tinkering with models, as well as other creative outlets like cooking and baking sourdough bread.
