The number one complaint I hear from my clients about past experiences with therapy is how impersonal and detached their experience felt. They craved more warmth, and a vested interest from their therapist in their growth — an ideal mixture of sincerity, kindness, advocacy, and accountability. Tailor-made for women, my approach weaves together all of these elements, creating a container that provides powerful and life-changing results. A sense of feeling safe, seen, and understood takes precedence over “fixing things,” since I don’t buy into the belief that any of us are broken to begin with. So, if you’re struggling with things like high anxiety, low-self worth, or simply feeling lost, then you’ve come to the right place. Together, we will work to break past your limiting behaviors and create space for self-compassion, deep emotional healing, and enriching relationships.
Life can feel overwhelming—especially when anxiety, depression, or hopelessness take over. Therapy offers a space to reclaim your sense of self, find clarity, and begin the journey toward healing. You are allowed to take up space! You are strong and resilient. You can live a life that is fulfilling, and you deserve to know that you have value. You deserve to have hope for the future and to feel empowered about who you are. You are the expert of your own life—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, including experiences rooted in childhood, family, and relationships. I also work with clients experiencing issues related to LGBTQIA+ (such as stress, acceptance or identity), self-esteem, attachment, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT and utilize approaches from Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible. Together, we can unlearn harmful patterns, heal from past wounds, and build tools for resilience and self-acceptance.
Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself or others, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or unsure how to navigate significant societal changes? Do you feel overwhelmed by the pressure to hold it all together, to keep showing up for others while putting your own needs on the back burner? Do you wonder if it’s possible to feel more grounded, connected, and alive? Right now, LGBTQIA2S+ folks and highly sensitive people are feeling exhausted and uncertain about how to move through life with authenticity and connection to our values, especially in a world that doesn’t always make space for who we are. With gentleness, compassion, and intention, I provide a space to reconnect with your most authentic self. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and intuitive. I offer somatic and relational therapy for individuals, couples, and families in Texas. Helping queer people and sensitive people reclaim their aliveness is my calling. You aren't broken or damaged, you're a hero who needs help on their quest. I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, grief, chronic pain, and performance challenges. I help by integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems, narrative, and strength-based therapies into a collaborative roadmap. In our first sessions, you can expect a thorough assessment, introduction to trauma-focused techniques like EMDR, and co-creation of a safe, strengths-focused environment. My practice is unique because I frame therapy as your hero’s journey, empowering you to harness resilience with evidence-based interventions. I’m Chad Starrak, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Questline Counseling. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and EMDR, helping clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and unresolved trauma. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, therapy offers a space to rediscover your inner clarity and direction. Each session opens a doorway—an invitation to journey inward, where forgotten truths and hidden strength reside. This isn’t a path to fix what’s broken, but to remember what’s sacred. Together, we’ll listen beneath the surface and follow the threads that lead you home to yourself.

Hello! My name is Madeline & I specialize in ADHD, grief work, & women's issues around anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, & work-life balance. In my work with young and adult women (16+), I've found that through modeling genuine self-acceptance and self-compassion (instead of just talking about how important it is), my clients are more receptive to extending the same grace & kindness they give to others to themselves. Because I strongly emphasize authenticity in the work that I do, I show up to each session exactly as I am. Human. While I share therapeutically relevant experiences, anecdotes and thoughts often, they are always done with intention and care. I believe that it is incredibly difficult to form a meaningful connection with another person if the relationship is entirely one-sided. I've found that my approach to therapy differs in that I like to use a lot humor in sessions - both dark and light - which definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea, and that's okay! I am also unapologetically myself, and some days that looks a bit different than others. I'd be wasting my time and yours if I pretended to be someone I'm not or that some days weren't messy, chaotic garbage for me, too. Pretending is not conducive to connection, and I believe my approach to therapy is a testament to that fact. The therapeutic relationship is the bedrock of any therapy success story. I strive to connect to each of my clients on a deep and meaningful level by remaining authentic, genuine, and honest. I provide sincere feedback, offer many skills that can be used outside of sessions, and equip clients with the tools they need to be successful and resilient when life feels like it's just too much. While some issues may be very solution-focused and direct, others may take time. The space I offer is not only safe and nonjudgmental, it is also patient. I will sit with you in the hurt, the pain, the loss, the ache, the hopelessness, and the chaos. I will sit with you knowing that there is an end in sight, and will hold your hand as we find our way out of that darkness together.
Others may think you have it together, but on the inside, you’re falling apart. It feels like you can’t keep up with life’s changes, but it’s so hard to ask for help! Life feels out of control, causing you to feel lost, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, and stuck. You are not alone! I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and chronic illnesses. My own experiences with chronic illnesses and the physical and mental challenges they bring have greatly directed my therapeutic practices. I believe our thinking patterns and the way we interpret the world, influence our behaviors and keep us stuck! By adjusting these patterns we can begin to change behaviors and have a different outcome.
We provide specialized trauma care. Most clinicians are bilingual and trained in EMDR.
Hi, I am Dani Manetta, LCSW—a Marine Corps veteran, therapist, and mom. I work with teens (13+), adults, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, including co-parenting and blended family dynamics. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I offer structure when it’s needed and space when it’s time to process. Whether you’re a parent worried about your teen or an individual feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I’m here to help you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I bring a mix of evidence-based tools, real-life perspective, and a strong belief that growth happens when we feel truly seen and supported. Whether you’re looking to process past pain, set boundaries, or just find your footing again, I’m here to help you feel more confident, capable, and connected. Whether you’re a teen, an adult, or a parent seeking support, the first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what’s been on your mind or weighing you down, and what you hope to change or better understand. I’ll ask questions to get a fuller picture of your life, relationships, and experiences—but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. I know the first session can feel a little awkward or nerve-wracking, especially if therapy is new. That’s okay. My job is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free. We’ll move at your pace, explore what matters most to you, and begin to build a plan together. You won’t leave with all the answers, but you will leave with a sense of clarity, direction, and—hopefully—relief that you’ve taken the first step

Whether you are navigating a new relationship, juggling course work and social life or having trouble simply adjusting, therapy can help! You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. I’m Betty Lopez, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, and grief. I specialize in supporting first-generation Latinas and adults who feel overwhelmed by cultural expectations and silent pressure to be everything for everyone. Therapy with me is a safe place to untangle old beliefs, rebuild confidence, and learn real tools for anxiety, self-esteem, and resilience. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in CBT, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy — always personalized to you. You don’t have to be perfect to start. You just have to show up.
