The individuals I help on a daily basis experience anxiety, depression, nightmares, issues with controlling their substance use, and difficulties building and maintaining meaningful relationships. The majority of the individuals I work with have experienced physical, verbal, or sexual abuse, neglect, and/or have gone through adversities and overwhelming experiences that have left a lasting impact on them. Events affect us all differently, if you feel like you are exhausted with trying to manage uncomfortable feelings alone, reach out and we can have a conversation about how our work may be able to give you the relief you have been hoping for. I look forward to hearing from you!

I believe that a strong therapeutic rapport is the heart of meaningful growth in therapy. When we feel truly seen, heard, and understood, we are better able to explore our experiences, reflect on our patterns, and take steps toward change. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable to be themselves, no matter what challenges they may be facing. My approach to therapy is person-centered, which means I value each client’s unique perspective and believe that you are the expert of your own life. I work alongside my clients, offering support, guidance, and encouragement as we navigate the journey together. I strive to meet people where they are, honoring their pace while helping them uncover new insights and tools for growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Art Therapy with a Specialization in Counseling and am a Registered Art Therapist. Creativity can be a powerful way to explore feelings and experiences that are difficult to put into words. In sessions, I often incorporate art and the creative process to help clients process emotions, gain clarity, and express themselves in new ways. Whether through drawing, painting, collage, or other forms of artmaking, this approach allows for deeper self-understanding and healing beyond traditional talk therapy. I also bring personal experience to my work, having navigated the loss of my father at a young age. Experiencing grief firsthand has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of loss. This experience informs my approach to grief therapy, allowing me to connect with clients in a compassionate and authentic way. In addition to my art therapy work, I am currently pursuing my Animal-Assisted Therapy Certificate. I am excited to soon integrate my therapy dog-in-training, Bear, into sessions as a comforting and supportive presence. Animals can offer a unique kind of connection and grounding that supports emotional regulation and overall well-being. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization, inpatient, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy. My specialties include supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and significant life transitions. I am especially passionate about working with clients during times of change—whether it’s starting a new school, transitioning to college, beginning a new career, or navigating changes in relationships or identity. No matter your reason for seeking therapy, my hope is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your inner world, discover your strengths, and find meaningful ways to move forward.

We are a network of independent psychotherapists who support clients during grief and life transitions of all kinds. In our practice, we acknowledge and honor the unique journey of each individual. Our story began as colleagues at a local bereavement center where we facilitated peer support groups for children and adults, at the center and in the community. We shared a deep appreciation for the mission to provide a safe and supportive environment for grieving families. We are committed to developing a trusting alliance with our clients as we view the relationship between client and therapist as integral to successful psychotherapy. Our clients often come to us feeling vulnerable or lost. We create a safe and caring space to hold hope for our clients as we work collaboratively toward the lives they desire.

You feel like there's a rule book for life that you missed. Things were ok until college started, but now the social stressors, time management, relationships, or even just getting easy assignments done is hard. You have/need an ADHD or Autism diagnosis, or maybe people tell you that you should, but what does that really mean? I can help you understand what this means for you; how impacts you, and what this might mean in relationships. This might include work on planning, executive functioning, anxiety, working on personal goal setting/finding direction, or a diagnostic evaluation, or being yourself. You'll have a safe place to be yourself, insight into your life, and concrete tips for moving forward, allowing you to be the best possible version of yourself. It's about you.

Do you ever feel like no matter how much you do, it never feels like enough? Maybe your mind keeps running through everything you haven’t finished, or you catch yourself worrying about details long after everyone else has moved on. It might feel like you’re juggling so much and still not measuring up, even when you’re giving it your all. Over time, that constant pressure can feel exhausting and leave you wondering if things will ever feel different. More than anything, you want life to feel lighter, calmer, and more manageable.I work with teens and adults navigating ADHD, OCD, and anxiety. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in a way that feels approachable and practical. In our sessions, we’ll practice strategies in real time so you can build confidence and take tools into daily life.

Welcome! I’m so glad you're here. We may not know each other yet, but I want you to know that I believe in your strength. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many people on their healing journeys—especially women just like you, who are navigating the ups and downs of relationships, healing from trauma, and learning how to trust themselves again. Through my work, I’ve learned one important thing: healing doesn’t just mean surviving—it means thriving. With the right support, tools, and a safe space to be vulnerable, you can break through the limits of your past and create a life that feels authentic, empowered, and full of possibility. I know college life can feel like a whirlwind—juggling friendships, relationships, academics, and personal growth all at once. It’s a lot. But you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you as you navigate these challenges, whether that’s working through past trauma, navigating complicated relationships, or simply learning to love and trust yourself again. Your journey is uniquely yours, and it’s possible to turn your pain into power. I deeply believe that true transformation happens when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable. That’s when we open up the possibility for real change and growth. If you're ready to explore what that could look like for you, I’m here to guide you. Let’s walk this path together. If you're feeling stuck, unsure, or just need someone to talk to, reach out. Let's talk about how we can work together to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your true self.

Okay, let me guess — life feels like a lot right now. You’re overwhelmed, drained, and stuck in patterns that just aren’t working anymore. Maybe you’re questioning your relationships, struggling at work, or wondering why you feel so disconnected. That glass of whiskey, wine, or weed isn’t helping like it used to. With nearly 20 years of experience, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process difficult emotions, release what’s weighing you down, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll create a path toward feeling more grounded and at peace. I help people work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and feeling emotionally drained. ART helps resolve distressing memories quickly, while IFS helps you understand and care for the parts of yourself that feel stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is compassionate and direct — focused on helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life. You don’t have to figure it out alone. While you might not feel it right now, you know you’re ready for change. I’d be honored to support you as you take the first step toward relief and clarity. I’m out-of-network with insurance, but we can explore ways to make it work. You’re worth the effort — reach out when you’re ready.

Grief comes in many forms. We can grieve the loss of a person, a relationship, a community, a job, or an identity. Grief is a natural response to all kinds of loss - changing relationships, going to a new school, moving to a new city, or feeling really worried about the state of the world. We can also grieve the loss of a vision or expectation for the future. Many are struggling with the state of the world while also managing their own stress, anxiety, and sadness. This can feel overwhelming and isolating. The emotions of grief often feel uncomfortable, so we can feel tempted to skip over them and try to move to the next phase. But unprocessed emotions cause us a lot more trouble. You can find meaning and balance in your life, even when the demands feel overwhelming. I will process with you and support you when changes are needed for better coping. I understand that times are tough, and you might feel helpless right now. Let’s work together to help you live and work more effectively. Therapy will help you talk through your struggles, remember your strengths, and develop strategies to cope with life changes, grief, loss, and anxiety. You really can feel better, and you don't have to do this alone.
