I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in diagnostic assessments and evaluations and psychotherapy. Within our practice, I supervise graduate level trainees who provide individual psychotherapy and assessment. We assess clients with a diverse range of clinical difficulties (e.g., Autism Spectrum, developmental/learning disabilities, psychiatric conditions, traumatic brain injury, ). As a clinician, my overarching goals are to help clients and their families assess for diagnoses that will inform treatment and advocate for supportive accommodations and/or services. I approach clinical work from a multicultural perspective and am strongly oriented with a humanistic, person-centered framework. Our clinicians bring experience, expertise and a team approach to diagnosing and treating. If an adult needs to see more than one clinician (e.g., individual, couples work), we work together to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.

College is supposed to be exciting, but for a lot of students, it feels more like walking a tightrope: juggling coursework, relationships, pressure to figure out your future and fears of failing. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone and you're not broken. I'm MJ Wright, a licensed therapist with specialized training in anxiety and the unique pressures that come with being a student. I work with teens and young adults who find that their anxiety is getting in the way of the life they want to be living. Maybe you've noticed it showing up as procrastination, perfectionism or the inability to start an assignment even when the deadline is looming. Maybe it's lying awake at 2am replaying a conversation or catastrophizing about your GPA. Maybe you just feel chronically overwhelmed and aren't sure why. Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to perform or have it together. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you, using approaches that are grounded in evidence and tailored to what's actually going on in your life. I believe that anxiety is often a signal worth listening to, not just a symptom to eliminate. Together, we'll figure out what it's telling you and help you build a relationship with yourself that's a little less exhausting.

You deserve to receive the highest quality, evidence-based care available. As a dedicated Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who specializes in health psychology and behavioral medicine (coping with chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases), we will work together to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to improve your emotional well-being and quality of life. These methods have been shown to work, and I tailor our work to your specific needs. Using a compassionate, person-centered approach, I work with clients to achieve their unique goals for therapy. I am fully licensed in MA and telehealth licensed in FL. Based on my work and research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, I think about well-being through a psychological, biological, social, structural, and cultural lens. In addition to providing CBT-based psychotherapy, I also utilize motivational interviewing, acceptance-based skills, mindfulness, relaxation, and communication skills. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth, and provide affirmative care to individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, cultures, and religions. *Telehealth video sessions only* Healing from difficult life experiences can and does happen. We are all wired to protect ourselves from experiencing pain, but unfortunately the parts of ourselves that work hard to distance us from pain often keep us from living fully. If you are noticing patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are getting in the way of your moving forward in the direction of your dreams, this is a great start. The work of therapy is to slow down in order to cultivate the space between you and your feelings so that you are less overwhelmed, more understanding and have greater self compassion. You are not your feelings. Whether you suffer from PTSD, depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, or are having conflict in relationships or difficulty adjusting to new experiences, I believe that you have the capacity and strength to overcome obstacles and live life to your fullest potential. With a calm and caring presence and over 25 years of experience, I would be privileged to work with you so that you can experience freedom from self-limiting beliefs and live with greater intention, self- acceptance, interpersonal effectiveness and joy. Therapy doesn't have to be painful or overwhelming. I will work collaboratively with you to pace the work so that you can maintain a sense of safety and stability throughout the process. I use a number of different therapeutic modalities but believe that goodness of fit in the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of success. I am happy to speak with you to help figure out if I would be a good match for you.

I am certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. In this approach, we get to know the different parts of you — the ones that may overfunction, strive for perfection, people-please, worry, or carry painful emotions. Rather than judging those parts, we learn to understand them with curiosity and compassion. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening internally, and help your system feel more balanced and connected. If faith or spirituality is important to you, we can absolutely incorporate that into our sessions. And if it’s not, that’s perfectly okay too.

Starting treatment with a new mental health provider can be daunting: it involves opening up with the hope that you'll learn and grow from the experience. I have tremendous respect and admiration for my patients, as they work through challenging emotions, histories, and conflicts. At times, certain thought patterns, self-perceptions, traumatic experiences, or communication struggles can keep people from thriving and building the kind of career, relationship, or personal well-being they crave. It takes courage to work on these issues, and it is a real privilege to get to help people on their journey. I am a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist providing psychotherapy and medication management to adults in Massachusetts through telehealth. Growing up in an immigrant family and having worked in multiple clinics internationally, I highly value providing culturally competent care. It is very important to me that my patients feel seen and heard. I use a collaborative, holistic approach to care, in which I work alongside clients to define and set goals. I am transparent about the extent of what is and isn't well-known in psychiatry with the goal of helping people make informed decisions that they feel comfortable implementing. If this approach sounds like a good fit for you, please reach out!

Welcome! I’m Lauren Cohen, a licensed independent clinical social worker, and I’m so glad you’re here. A bit about me: I’m a Los Angeles native, and a White, Jewish, cis-gendered (she/her) clinician. I am open about these parts of my identity when we work together - and strive to create a space where all of your parts always feel seen and welcome. I’ve always been fascinated by emotions, relationships, and behavior. My love for learning about different people has taken me to over 25 countries. Traveling has given me a profound understanding of human nature, “sameness”, and also the vast complexities of different cultures. Outside of sessions, I love creating pottery, being in nature, a good sunset swim, & trying new foods with my family and friends. I approach therapy with a dynamic and evolving perspective, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs. Psychodynamic theory, Attachment theory, and Mindfulness are foundational to my work, and I am also a Level 1 trained therapist in Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS allows us to explore the different “parts” of your identity, by uncovering truths and developing your own inner healer. I believe healing comes from building a trusting relationship between mind and body, and creating space for your authentic self to emerge. Meditation and breathwork are often utilized to connect you with your mind’s eye and core self. My approach to therapy is warm, kind and playful. I have a deeply non-judgmental attitude, providing a space where you can feel safe and supported as we navigate the complexities of your inner world. I also embrace the deeper, darker aspects of self, recognizing that these parts of your experience can hold wisdom and strength - the shadow is always welcome in our work.

Hi! I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re feeling anxious, low, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break, whether it's around your emotions, relationships, or day-to-day life, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this part of your journey. I work with people who are tired of just getting through the day and wondering if things will ever feel easier. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’re carrying too much on your own, therapy can be a place to finally exhale. I offer a space where you can be real, slow down, and start sorting through what’s been weighing you down. My style is warm, honest, and supportive. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll gently explore what’s behind the stress, heaviness, or patterns that keep showing up. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right support, meaningful change is possible. If any of this resonates with you, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to answer any questions and help you feel more at ease about starting therapy. I look forward to meeting with you and being part of your healing journey!

You've faced so many challenges, and trauma has a knack for taking over everything. Maybe you try to keep busy to escape from it all, but most of the time, it's all-consuming. Your work or studies suffer, because you can’t concentrate. Your relationships are affected as well. It can be hard for others who haven't experienced similar struggles to truly understand you and what’s happening for you. Even for you, finding the right words to articulate it all can be tough. This makes connecting with others a bit more challenging. But trauma doesn't have to be your whole story. It doesn't have to consume your days, thoughts, relationships, and work. Even the trauma that stems from marginalization and oppression doesn't have to define you. Therapy can be where you separate out what has happened to you, from who you are and want to be. It can provide a space to discover peace, clarity, and even moments of joy amidst life's challenges. My passion lies in supporting survivors of interpersonal trauma, particularly those who have experienced child abuse, as well as individuals who face the daily impact of systemic oppression, including BIPOC, LGBTQAI+ individuals, and those who and those who navigate the complex intersections of marginalization. As a biracial Asian and White woman, I daily I navigate the hurtful impacts of racism and sexism in our world. Being multiracial allows me to see the world from different angles, and I appreciate both the difficulties and advantages it brings. I am 3rd-generation Chinese. I carry within me a deeply personal understanding of the burdens of generational trauma and the stress of acculturation within my family. However, I am aware that my experiences are limited to my own point of view and I don't assume to fully grasp how similar experiences have affected others. I approach everyone I meet, regardless of our similarities, with humility.

I am a passionate trauma-informed, person-centered therapist, who seeks to make mental health services accessible and welcoming to all, especially Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) communities. To meet the needs of my clients, I utilize an individualized, strengths-based approach that often incorporates aspects of motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), brainspotting, mindfulness/meditation, trauma-informed yoga, and relational work/

I am currently accepting new clients and offer both weekly therapy sessions and EMDR intensives, allowing you to choose the pace and structure that best fits your needs. I strive to create a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to process painful emotions and life experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, helping you move toward healing with clarity and support. I specialize in trauma treatment and offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), one of the most well-researched and effective therapies for trauma and PTSD. In addition to traditional talk therapy and weekly EMDR sessions, I also provide EMDR intensives and Ketamine-Assisted EMDR for clients seeking deeper, more accelerated healing. While I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, I have a particular passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate the complexities of today. I earned my Master of Social Work with a specialization in behavioral health from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wake Forest University. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Maryland.
