Within therapy, I strive to meet clients where they are at through empathy and authenticity, providing a welcoming therapeutic environment. My overall goal is to enrich the quality of life among clients focusing on growth and the goals set for themselves. Being adaptable to each client and the needs being presented is a strong priority within my therapeutic approach. I am trained in EMDR which means we can explore this form of therapy if you so choose. EMDR allows us to explore your past experiences on a deeper level and look at how that is contributing to present triggers. By using this therapeutic approach, we can also explore and work through potential future challenges.

All of us face painful and uncertain seasons in life. Sometimes we need extra support to move through them—to heal, to grow, and to reconnect with ourselves and those we love. I’m passionate about walking alongside you through the ebb and flow of life as you process pain, trauma, relationship strain, grief, and the many transitions that shape us. As a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C), I also specialize in supporting new parents, including non-gestational partners and fathers, through the emotional and relational shifts that accompany parenthood. I enjoy working with adults of all ages who are ready to engage in meaningful change, and I offer both individual and couples therapy. My work often includes helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, identity concerns, communication challenges, trauma, and infidelity. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward greater clarity, calm, and connection. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your healing process.

Elizabeth works at Indiana Health Group - a large private practice in Carmel, IN with therapists, medication prescribers and pharmacy. Elizabeth has over 10 years working in the mental health field. She gained five years of experience conducting group and family therapy across multiple levels of care (IOP, PHP, and outpatient). She has worked with everyone from elementary-aged children to seniors in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Today, she has found her sweet spot—working exclusively with teenage and young adult women. Elizabeth loves creating a space designed just for women, where clients can explore life’s challenges and transitions, such as starting high school or college, entering the workforce, developing new relationships, and building a strong sense of self and independence. Elizabeth sees each client as the expert of her own life and collaborates with her to uncover new ways of coping with stress, conflict, and difficult emotions. With Elizabeth, you’ll find a supportive, judgment-free environment for self-expression and exploration, along with thoughtful feedback to encourage growth, awareness, and change. Sessions can include music, art, writing, walking, or simply talking—whatever helps you feel most comfortable. Drawing from strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused approaches, Elizabeth tailors her techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. She works best with clients who are motivated to apply what they learn in session to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys paddleboarding, spending time with her three nieces, brunching with friends, reading, and traveling.
We work with individuals and couples, teens and children with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.I know that clients want to see progress even though it may be incremental. Therefore, we provide for a collaborative structure, plan and goals that allow clients to see progress every week. We provide resources, homework, and education to my clients to help them in the process of self-discovery and addressing relationship issues.
