Much of the hurt and pain people experience is shaped in relationship with oneself or others, and yet healing can also occur through safe, supportive, and attuned connection. For this reason, I place a strong emphasis on building a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship over time. I approach mental wellness from a non-pathologizing lens and view therapy as a meaningful opportunity to deepen self-understanding. I am passionate about helping people process their lived experience, supporting them in reclaiming their narrative and reconnecting with parts of themselves that may feel burdened or unseen. My work is grounded in attachment-based theories and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strengths-based frameworks. I specialize in treatment of OCD, depression, interpersonal relationships, religious trauma, and women’s health. I am passionate about social justice and how social context impacts mental wellness. Coming from a large, multicultural family, I bring a deep respect for cultural diversity into my work and aim to help clients feel fully seen and valued in their identities. Through thoughtful exploration and warm collaboration, I am honored to accompany clients on their journey towards healing, growth, and reconnection with themselves.
We are a team of anxiety therapists who serve individuals and couples struggling with anxiety. The clients we treat mostly come in to decrease anxiety individually and in their relationships and have a healthier lifestyle. Some clients describe their state of being as feeling stuck and overwhelmed while others present with specific issues such as relationship conflict, panic attacks, social anxiety, depression and/or alcohol and marijuana use. Treatment at our group practice focuses on a holistic approach where trust and self-compassion are the foundation for healing. Our approach is rooted in the relational elements of the therapeutic work, and we strongly value both mindfulness and self-compassion.

Have you ever felt unheard, misunderstood, stuck, or alone? Life has its difficult moments, but you don’t have to navigate them by yourself. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to help you process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Taking the leap into your therapeutic journey can feel daunting, but I applaud you for taking this first step! I recognize that every individual is unique - there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. As a second-generation Indian American, I can empathize with the struggle of balancing expectations while silencing parts of yourself, the challenge of discovering who you are versus who you’re expected to be, and the stigma surrounding mental health. My goal is to empower you to embrace your most authentic self by providing consistent support and guidance. It’s easy to feel as though we have little control over our lives—whether it be due to school, work, family, friendships, or relationships. By working collaboratively, we can identify the control you do have and help you take the reins on your life. In my practice, I integrate Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to help guide you toward your goals and authentic self. Remember, you are not alone.
Your experiences matter, and you don’t have to carry them in silence. I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. I will meet you exactly where you are, tailoring my approach to your needs, goals, and preferences. Whether that means drawing from evidence-based strategies, incorporating somatic or trauma-informed practices, or exploring new approaches together, my focus is always on creating a space where you feel validated and heard. My goal is to make therapy a place where your experiences are taken seriously and your voice matters. Women’s Health: I am deeply passionate about women’s health and the unique challenges that are often minimized or dismissed in many settings. Having seen how women’s health is often minimized, I am deeply committed to creating a space that is the opposite: informed, supportive, and advocating. My specialties include perinatal and postpartum care, women’s health concerns (including endometriosis, PCOS, menstrual cycles, birth control, abortion and pregnancy decision making, autoimmune conditions, and fertility), body image and disordered eating, chronic illness and pain, and young-adult life transitions. I also work with healthcare providers, like nurses and residents, who may be experiencing burnout. I am also a certified Empowered Relief Instructor, a pain management program developed at Stanford University that provides evidence-based tools to help you reduce pain and improve quality of life. Whether you experience chronic pain, menstrual related pain, chronic illness, or other forms of pain, we can use these tools to help you feel like yourself again. Athletes: As an athlete, your mind and body are deeply connected, and navigating that balance can be both challenging and rewarding. Whether you experience stressors like performance pressure, injury, identity shifts, or body-image concerns, I will work with you to explore the mind-body connection and process the pressures that accompany these competitive environments. Together we can build resilience and confidence while also solidifying who you are both within and beyond your sport. Approach: My therapeutic style is eclectic and flexible, drawing from ACT, DBT, person-centered, trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, and solution-focused approaches. I meet clients where they are, and am dedicated to researching and implementing interventions that are both evidence based and tailored to you and your experiences.

I am an individual and sex therapist specializing in working with clients exploring sexuality, gender, life transitions, and anxiety.
With the complexities in the world today, it can be tough to catch a breath, decompress, and process the events in our unique lives. As bandwidths are stretched thin, boundaries infiltrated, and burnout ever present, the pressures of our day-to-day lives can pile on top of each other, making it hard to find balance and reach our goals. These challenges do not need to be faced alone. If you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, grief, or addiction, together we will create a safe and collaborative space to face these challenges head-on, guiding you to feel more empowered, centered, and fulfilled. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. The most important aspect of my approach is that it matches a client’s support needs and goals. Using an integrative, trauma-informed and person-centered framework, I aim to follow the client's lead and modify our process based on their unique personality, lived experiences, and interests. I'm so glad you are here. Life is full of ups that deserve to be celebrated and downs that deserve to be acknowledged and processed. Let’s dive into this together and start making your goals a reality. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you!
