I've had my own struggles in life, which led me to see therapists, take countless personal growth workshops, and sit in meditation retreats. Through doing all of this work, I figured out how to rewrite the mental and emotional patterns that no longer served me. My name is Sheena Bergeron, LMFT. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy using different modalities including TFCBT, EMDR, and DBT. I have been drawn to working as a therapist and combining the desire to help with working with trauma. I have spent most of my career working with children in the CWS system through trauma-focused work. I am driven to continue this path of healing through seeing the changes that happen over time.
