My practice is a soft place for high-achieving and creative women to finally let go of the 'shoulds.' Together, we create a gentle space to breathe, slow down, and untangle the things that are keeping you from feeling truly connected to yourself. We’ll do more than just recap your week. I blend talk therapy with Gestalt and expressive arts to help you bridge the gap between your thoughts and feelings. We might explore an emotion through imagery or notice how a memory feels in your body. It’s a creative, collaborative process to help you feel at home in your own skin. No art skills required. I value authenticity, warmth, and honest feedback. My clients often tell me they feel “more like themselves” after our work together. If that sounds like something you're looking for, I’d love to connect.
Todd Pungratz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, and over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most complex and meaningful challenges. His career has taken him through hospital settings, primary care clinics, and community mental health, where he’s worked with people facing trauma, grief, mood and thought disorders, substance use, and neurodivergence. He draws from a range of evidence-based approaches – including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care – and collaborates with prescribers when medication is part of your healing process. Todd offers a safe, nonjudgmental space in which clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.

I am an LGBTQ-competent therapist working with adolescents (16+), college students, and young adults who experience stress and worry, feel down or hopeless, who struggle to focus in school or employment, and/or who are exploring their gender and sexual identities. I empower my patients to identify their own goals and intentions in therapy that support their values. Some examples include: improving ability to cope with anxiety; learning to set and communicate boundaries; managing difficult emotions; and creating structure and habits that optimize success in school or employment. I use evidenced-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. I will invite your feedback on which interventions you find most helpful and adapt sessions accordingly. Engaging in therapy, especially as a young person, takes great bravery and vulnerability. I hope to provide a welcoming and calming environment to support you through meeting your goals. I see patients virtually and in person.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. I graduated from Widener University where I earned a master’s in Social Work. While at Widener, I completed a certificate in the treatment of trauma. I began my career at Ambrosia Treatment Center, a substance abuse disorder facility. Over the past five years I have worked in all levels of care within the substance use field. I created a program to treat substance use and eating disorders concurrently. After this program I began building a private practice where I work primarily with individuals who have co-occurring eating disorders and substance use. Outside of Guide to Wellness, I help treatment centers across the country implement veterans programs at their facilities. I use a collaborative approach in treatment. I like to meet clients where they are in their lives and work collaboratively with the individual to create an individualized treatment experience. My approach draws heavily from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), CBT and exposure therapy. I work to create a trusting, non-judgmental relationship with the individual. I see myself as someone who presents opportunities to the individual and allow them to be the decision maker. I feel my role is to help the individual see the whole picture in their choices.

Main ways of thinking that I lean towards are: compassion-focused, psychodynamic, attachment styles, and emotion-focused. I've been described by clients as having a positive unconditional regard, direct, and being able to challenge them to help take steps toward growth. I've also had my clients enjoy adding Brainspotting to their sessions! If you find yourself unable to turn your thoughts off, we can work on making your thoughts and emotions feel more manageable for you. Maybe right now grief, anxiety, or depression are really loud, and together to make them feel less intimidating. We can also work on communication skills, relationship patterns, setting boundaries (knowing when to say no or when to push yourself). I offer in-person or telehealth sessions on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Mondays are only available for telehealth. I also for a free 15minute consultation. To schedule you can reach out by email, phone or click my Headway profile. Through my Headway profile you can also check right away if I take your insurance. Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety? Stuck in OCD rituals? Struggling to balance school, relationships, family expectations, and everything else that comes with being a young adult? Maybe you’re navigating a difficult transition, questioning who you are, or feeling like you’re supposed to have everything figured out. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with college students and young adults navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, relationship and friendship struggles, family conflict, self-esteem, and life transitions. College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty, and challenges that are difficult to manage on your own. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to what actually works for them. Together, we will focus on understanding your emotions, managing anxiety and overwhelming thoughts, building confidence, strengthening relationships, and developing coping skills that you can carry with you beyond college. Therapy can also be a space to explore your values, identity, boundaries, and the kind of life you want to create for yourself. To guide my work, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also use Brainspotting to support clients in processing trauma and experiences that may feel difficult to access through traditional talk therapy alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whatever you’re carrying, my goal is to help you build a life that feels steady, fulfilling, and fully yours.
