We are a diverse team of providers including Qualified Mental Health Providers (QMHPs) and Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHAs). Each individual client’s support team is carefully tailored to help them meet their goals. Our providers use a trauma-informed approach. We are well trained in crisis de-escalation and utilizing evidence-based intervention strategies to support individuals with acute and chronic mental health symptoms, history of homelessness, limited resources, and complex life situations.

I have specialized training in EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindfulness, Expressive arts, Play and Sand therapy, and sensory processing, I am a culturally competent LGBTQ+ ally and have experience with gender questioning, gender queer, non binary and trans clients
