I am a registered dietitian dedicated to helping neurodivergent adults fuel themselves and their lives. From my lived experience and time working with 1000s of clients at my position at a local teaching hospital, I understand how hard it can be to feed ourselves. I am passionate about debunking nutrition myths, sharing nutrition facts and creating meal prep strategies to help balance mood and energy. It is my joy to do this all through the lens of intuitive eating, Health at Every Size (HEASĀ®) and gentle nutrition. Even if you do not identify as neurodivergent, anyone is welcome!

Does if feel like you worry more than other people, have racing thoughts, or keep thinking about the same issues over and over again? Or maybe your mood has been low and the things you used to enjoy no longer feel enjoyable? These are common symptoms of anxiety and depression that we can work together to address in therapy.

My goal is to guide you in understanding what interferes with living a fulfilling life. I believe change is possible, no matter the circumstance, and I will support you through your journey of growth and self-discovery. As a therapist with extensive background working with trauma survivors and individuals of all ages, couples and families in crisis, I respect and understand both the challenges and lifelong benefits of having therapeutic alliance. My experience with the healing process has solidified the importance of consistent, genuine care, creating a space to pursue what it is you desire and find to be meaningful. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach, my approach is primarily relational, focused on the cultural considerations of an individual. Although we cannot avoid suffering, learning to cope with it is possible. As we become curious and explore beliefs, experiences and relationships, we will discover meaning to move forward with renewed purpose. I use theoretical practices such as behavioral, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic, strengths-based with a trauma and attachment lens. Additionally, I am specialized in sexual trauma and utilize techniques to help alleviate symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression, build skills to regulate emotions and transform unhealthy behaviors. I am a Psychodynamic Couple and Family Institute of New England trainee.

If you are looking for support with self-exploration and self-esteem; experiencing relationship stress, depression or anxiety; adjusting to life at school or other big changes; or if you just feel like you need somewhere to unpack things you've been carrying for too long -- let's talk. I welcome every piece of your journey with radical acceptance - the grit, the shame, the parts we all try to hide and bury away. The funny thing about those things is, we all have them. I love therapy because it gives that stuff some room to breathe - which gives YOU room to breathe. And reboot. And make plans for what comes next. Over my years in the field, I've developed an approach to therapy that combines creativity and collaboration, focusing on a trusting, safe connection as the bedrock of our work. I utilize a variety of talk and expressive therapy modalities and love approaching things through a non-traditional lens. Connecting with a therapist when you're already struggling can be really overwhelming. Be proud that you're taking this first step right now. With time and space to bear witness to the answers you have within yourself, and a person you trust to help, it becomes easier to feel better and find the ground beneath your feet.

I am a strengths-based therapist with an active, collaborative style, and a solution focus. I worked in college mental health centers for years before opening a private practice, and I enjoy working with adolescents, emerging adults, and young adults on the wide variety of issues that they present with. I am also a certified addictions counselor (CADC-II) and I often work with young people who are either questioning their alcohol and drug use, or who are trying to abstain from substances or other addictive behaviors. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2003, and more recently earned my doctoral degree in counseling and sport psychology at Boston University, so I also commonly work with student-athletes and high-achieving clients.

Hello, If you have found this page I commend you for working to find a resource with whom to unpack the issues causing you confusion and suffering. I have an extensive clinical history working with people in a variety of settings with a large array of presenting issues, ranging from mood/thought disorders, developmental delays, trauma, family conflict, addictions, life-transitions, stress-related issues, and many other simple and complex problems. As a result, I have a level of comfort in working with a wide range of people with a wide range of issues from a wide range of backgrounds. I am a culturally sensitive trauma-informed clinician chiefly concerned with ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and safe in our relationship. I tend to work from a strengths-based biopsychosocial perspective with a focus on the emergence of one's self in a social and relational context, specifically how this self is created, developed, and sustained. However, most importantly, I will work to gain mutual clarity about how you can begin to shift the notions of our who your "self" is and how it can attain increasing amounts of peace in your life.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and psychotherapist. One of my areas of emphasis is counseling undergraduate and graduate students who are navigating the complexities of college life and balancing the demands that often accompany this time. It is common for these years to bring discovery and connection as well as stress, pressure and anxiety. In collaboration, we can work through what is challenging or making you feel stuck or avoidant. We can address mental health concerns that may be disrupting your path. We will look at your day-to-day functioning as well as the bigger picture of your life. I will support you in taking meaningful steps towards your goals. I have extensive specialized experience treating OCD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and BFRBs. While in training, I also completed an internship at a college counseling center where I had the wonderful opportunity to counsel students entering healthcare professions. It can be helpful for potential clients to know ahead of time that I am "in- network" with Boston University Aetna Student Health specifically. If you have this insurance, your visits are covered and you are only responsible for your copay. In all other cases, I am "out-of network." I am happy to offer a superbill invoice you can submit to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement, if you have out-of-network benefits and are eligible for reimbursement. If you aren't sure whether you do, you can call the phone number on your insurance card to ask. I am licensed in MA and CT. I am with the group practice, Soultality Center for Psychotherapy. I look forward to getting to know you!

Hello! Thanks for stopping by, itās great to connect with you. I'm a musician/creative pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I see clients in Massachusetts via Telehealth at a low-cost (the rate of your insurance co-pay). My training has prepared me to work with a wide range of issues, like anxiety, depression, grief, and major life changes. Topics I'm passionate about include LGBTQ+ issues, spirituality/faith transitions, and posttraumatic growth. I'm excited to share my knowledge with you and create a space together that best supports your growth and healing. I take an experiential and embodied approach to my work. This means that, in addition to talking, I offer other clinical methods to help support you, such as Music Therapy. I also like to infuse my work with an element of creativity and play, when appropriate. My goal is that you leave each session feeling supported to keep moving forward. If anything has resonated with you, I look forward to connecting! It would be a pleasure and honor to support you through this stage of your journey. You're not in this alone, and together, we can do some great work.

Iāve had the privilege of working with students from all walks of lifeāPhD candidates at MIT, first-year undergraduates just beginning their college experience, and international students who have traveled across the world to study in the Boston area. I understand the unique mix of excitement, pressure, and expectation that comes with academic life, and I know that the right therapeutic support can make all the difference between simply getting through college and truly thriving in it. We donāt leave our pasts behind when we move onto campus. Sometimes, unresolved experiences or past trauma can create barriers to feeling fulfilled or confident in this new chapter. College is about much more than your majorāitās a time of self-discovery, growth, and learning how to navigate both independence and connection. Whether youāre seeking support for stress management, identity exploration, or processing painful experiences, Iām here to help you build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self as you move through this important stage of life.

Life often presents us with challenges that can be difficult to cope with alone. Whether these struggles come from our work, school, relationships or family dynamics, psychotherapy is often where solutions can be found. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we can unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I am available to work with you to achieve your goals. Know that you are not alone.
