*Our practice is now accepting new students for individual counseling* Much of our suffering is stored throughout our body, leaving us with a racing mind and feelings of stress, anxiety, depression. By approaching healing through a lens that incorporates the whole-body, we will work together so that you can heal fully and sustainably. I specialize in working with individuals faced with persistent anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Many of these symptoms will manifest in relationship issues, difficulty sleeping, or poor motivation. Together we will explore the root causes that perpetuate your suffering and develop strategies so that you can lead a more fulfilling and joyful life. I am a clinical social worker, yoga & mindfulness teacher. I blend my degree as a clinician along with training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Yoga Therapy to offer an integrative approach to treatment. I believe that in order to truly heal, we must honor our whole-body and mind working together. My mission is to uncover the most effective paths for guiding others in reducing suffering and increasing a sense of joy and fulfillment in everyday life. Professionally and personally, I have gathered experience, evidence, and strategies for enhancing life and uncovering “what it’s all about”. I wish to share this with you.

Licensed in New York and Massachusetts- I bring 20 years of experience working with college students from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Together, I've helped students navigate unexpected life changes, feelings of grief and loss, anger, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual questions, identity exploration and trauma as well as the many other complex emotions and challenges that life can bring. No matter what has brought you to this place, my goal is to build a trusting and supportive relationship where we can explore your experience, your strengths and your motivation for change.
