My therapeutic style is warm and authentic. When needed, I will bring patterns to your attention that are keeping you stuck/hurting you. I incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, and MBCT to do this. I also use EMDR to help women process trauma that hasn't been helped by other therapies tried before.
