Welcome! No matter your stage in life, many of you have concerns which are prompting you to seek guidance in understanding some of your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety or depression or with relationships both personal and professional. Other challenges might be with parenting and balancing responsibilities, with life transitions or with chronic pain.
Within the structure and privacy of the therapeutic environment, I am committed to engaging in a collaborative, holistic therapy process in which you can achieve balance, contentment and ultimately, healing.
Taking a mind-body approach, I will help you cultivate coping strategies and foster insight and change, thereby creating emotional and physical well-being. If my words strike a chord with you and you are ready to embark on a new and gratifying path, then please contact me and I would be happy to speak with you.
On a personal note, I am an avid runner, yoga practioner and certified yoga instructor, 200RYT with an interest in the practice of mindfulness.
