Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step on your journey toward greater metal wellness. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in child, adolescent, and young adult mental health, as well as parenting support. This includes navigating anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), mood concerns, and emotional or behavioral challenges.

No matter your struggle, I believe in meeting you with respect, curiosity, and compassion, which helps me be a supportive and collaborative partner in the therapy process. I look forward to helping you and your family feel less overwhelmed, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges together.

You deserve a warm, supportive space where you feel seen and understood. I provide just that in our time together, adopting a relational and flexible style that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and parent-based approaches. These collaborative, evidence-based therapies help you better understand emotions, reduce unhelpful patterns, navigate stress, and build coping skills that support the life and relationships you want to live.

My passion for youth mental health grew from seeing firsthand how emotional challenges can impact families. This passion drew me toward the windows of opportunity therapy offers to help young people build skills, flexibility, and confidence early in life. In my practice now, I aim to provide care that feels supportive, practical, and collaborative, helping patients move toward what matters to them while building resilience and empowerment.

When I’m not seeing patients, I love embarking upon outdoor adventures, from hiking and long walks with my dog to running and skiing. I also enjoy sitting down with a good fiction book, crocheting, and dancing.
