Safe Haven Therapy
Hey there! I'm excited for you to start your journey to self-discovery and healing. I have been a licensed therapist for 5 years and have had the privilege of working with school age students in a school setting as a school counselor. I have had the unique ability to provide therapy during the school day which has helped me to understand my students and their stressors on an entirely new level. I love to bring in to focus "the whole child" which allows us to examine family life, friendships, academic or career stressors, past patterns, and so many other fascinating dynamics that occur in your day to day life. You already have all the tools you need to be successful, but sometimes it can get messy and that's where I like to be a support to you as you navigate you way through your challenge.
