College is a time of transition — emotionally, relationally, and in your sense of self. You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who you are outside of school, family, or your relationships. Maybe you're doing all the “right things” and still not feeling okay. That’s a solid place to start.
I work with college students who are thoughtful and self-aware, but still overwhelmed. You might be navigating identity stuff, low self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, messy relationships (hi, family or dating), or that general “I should be fine, but I’m not” feeling. Therapy with me is warm, direct, and collaborative. We’ll slow things down, get curious about what’s actually going on, and start building clarity, self-trust, and emotional tools that actually work in the real world — not just in theory.
